We believe the three rules of premier vacation lodging are: location, location, location! The ''M&M'' is a true Ski-in/Ski-Out resort property. The ski lifts are a short elevator ride and about a 60-meter walk to the ski slopes from our condo. Maximize your ski lift ticket / passes by spending less time getting to the slopes and more time enjoying Breckenridge's thrilling ski slopes located a short walk from your door!

Not only is our premier location mere steps from Peak 9's Quicksilver Lift and the Breckenridge ski school, but is within walking distance to incredible restaurants, historic Main Street's Victorian era shops, Performing Arts Center, bike trail (400 miles of paved bike trails!), and nearby municipal ice skating rink.
The ''M&M'' showcases fabulous views of Maggie Pond, the Blue River, historic Downtown Breckenridge, and, of course, the majestic Rocky Mountains which are visible from the two balconies and every window. Watch the sunrise over the mountains from the comfort of the luxurious king-sized bed. View and listen to the comforting sounds of the Maggie Pond spilling into the babbling Blue river from the Master bedroom, living room, guest bed room, and spacious condo balcony. In summer (weather permitting), you can fall asleep to the song of the Blue river by opening a window or the balcony's sliding door. After an exhilarating day of enjoying the mountain, the resort and the town at high altitude, experience the unique benefit of staying at the Village and ''M&M'' condo. Our complex's construction provides added noise abatement and a quiet night's rest when you need it most.
ON-SITE HEALTH CLUB (included at no extra charge)
Your rental also includes unlimited access to The Village Health Club located on the property inside The Peak Nine Inn. Pool hours are 7 AM to 10 PM and the exercise room is available from 6 AM to 11 AM. The Village Heath Club facility has four (4) outdoor hot tubs for soaking sore muscles after a fantastic day on the mountain. We also have a heated indoor-outdoor pool, aerobic and weight exercise room (with treadmill and life-cycle aerobic equipment), large steam room, dry sauna, locker room, and showers.
If you need more than our Health Club, the fabulous Breckenridge Recreation Center is just a ten-minute drive (or catch free shuttle) where for a small fee, you can enjoy wall climbing, basketball, racquetball, tennis courts, weight rooms, exercise machines, indoor running track, large lap pool for adults and. large wading pool for children, etc.
A CAR IS TRULY OPTIONAL
Guests can catch the Summit Stage Shuttle to all of Summit County, Keystone, Silverthorne outlet stores, & the Breck Recreation Center from a bus stop just 100 feet away!
