Property was excellent. Very close to the national park and the Townsend area. We had four people and it fit us perfect. Only improvement in my opinion would be to add another small recliner in upstairs living area. It would be a tight squeeze tho. Kitchen well stocked. Very nice bathrooms. Loved the hot tub. Wonderful stay. No complaints. Did have to wait about 3 hrs to be able to check in - due to a wreck that prevented the cleaners to getting to the property and therefore they were behind. Things like that cannot be helped.

The cabin was wonderful. Clean and new. The views were breathtaking. It’s close to cades cove and pigeon forge. The staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful little getaway!

We absolutely fell in love with this cabin! Everything was perfect..... from the proximity of the rental office to the cabin, to how clean the cabin was, check in was enjoyable and easy. The hot tub so relaxing after being out in the cold. Beds were super comfortable. There was nothing we needed while staying there and look forward to staying there again.

Loved it really enjoyed myself jus had a few spiders that would pop here and there and there was also a pipe leak but maintenance came and handled that issue nicely over all tho it was a great time a stay

Worst vacation ever. Because of the weather.

Because of the weather wasn't able to get to cabin until 3rd ngt. The first 2 ngts we 6 of us had to stay in a hotel because of the roads going to cabin were to bad. I did receive a credit for the 1st ngt. But still haven't received a credit for the 2nd ngt. I did text the manager 5 hours ago but no reply from him.

Family vacation. Very much enjoyed the cabin. Was clean and had all we needed. Our family enjoyed their stay. The view was good. We actual got to see a momma and her cubs walk in the tree line off the deck.

Awesome place

Great place to stay with great views! Check-in was easy and everyone is super friendly. Location is about 20-30 from both gatlinburg and pigeon forge, but so much to do also within a 10 minute drive. Really no complaints at all!
