• No pets allowed – $300 fee if violated
• Well water system – fully filtered but could have faint odor
• Security camera monitors exterior entry only
• Shared driveway with neighboring property (may or may not be occupied)
• Must be 18+ to book. Children are welcome with a parent or guardian.
• We are not responsible for any items left behind after checkout.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Refunds are not provided for weather, travel delays, illness, or personal emergencies. Travel insurance covers these scenarios and is often less expensive than your stay.

If any issues arise during your stay, please message us within 24 hours of noticing the issue — and before checkout — so we can resolve it promptly.
We’re committed to great guest experiences, but cannot consider refund requests after departure if we weren’t given the opportunity to help during your stay.
Nature & Wildlife Notice
Our cabin is nestled in the woods — encounters with wildlife or insects are part of the mountain experience.
• Bears live in the area – do not feed them or leave food outside or in vehicles.
• Keep cars locked and all food securely indoors.
• Wildlife sightings are not a cause for concern or refund.
• Pest control is performed regularly, but bugs may still appear due to the location.
