Great place by the beach

Clean, comfortable and everything you need for a stay by the beach. Owner was very responsive to questions, we had a great time.

Spacious condo close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay. The condo had everything our family of five needed, including a private deck, well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, and beach passes! We would love to stay again next summer!

Very enjoyable stay, property was clean with lots of space for my family of 4 to spread out. Great location in a cute neighborhood . Jodene was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Having beach chairs and cart available during our stay was amazing! would definitely consider staying here again.

Great Time

Exactly what we needed for our family of four to use as a base to explore the surrounding Mystic and Watch Hill areas. The beach was close and perfect for the kids, the condo was clean and well stocked. Definitely will try to stay here again.

Great neighbor & well kept property

The beach house is in a lovely neighbor, friendly, with an East walk to the beach and local restaurants. Very Clean, wonderful outdoor shower, and the kitchen has everything you need if you are going to cook there.

Summer on Masquamicut Beach

Had the pleasure of staying in this space for both summer holidays and it was exactly what we needed for a long weekend stay! The home is cozy and clean with enough space to comfortably sleep our family of 5 adults. With the beach just a short walk away it’s the perfect location. Hope to stay again!

Everything was great. The property is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner kindly provided towels, beach chairs, and a beach bag for us to use while at the house. Furthermore, the neighborhood is really nice and people are really friendly.. I lived in Rhode Island for three years and this was a reunion trip with me and all my law school friends. It was very memorable. I would love to return. The only thing I would note is that the location of the house sits on the corner of Montauk and second. It can be a little tricky to find for that reason.

Amazing Stay

Everything about this beach house is perfect!! Great place for a family of 5. The house has everything you need and more. You can walk to the beach and restaurants. Jodene was easy to work with and very helpful. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again without a doubt.

Quick stay

This cozy space was close to activities we wished to pursue and comfortable for us. We appreciated the ability to easily walk to the beach and cook our own meals at the house. Easy communications regarding check in and check out made for a no fuss quic getaway.

Great location

Wonderful location for a weekend getaway. More information from the owner about parking and where to go in prior to arrival would have been great. It got hot at night as the temperature is set to 72 at all times. Extremely clean and very comfortable.

Perfect family beach house

Amazing stay. Clean and well stocked, very comfortable. Beach ready. Not only were there passes for the beach but beach supplies like chairs and carrier. It was so great for my family to be able to come and go so easily to the beach and back throughout the day. Such a close walk/bike ride. Jodene was a wonderful host we would stay again and again.

Beach Getaway

What a gem! Larger space than appears in pictures with two large sitting areas so that everyone has room to do what interests them! Beautifully decorated, lovely outdoor deck, there is no hot tub but outdoor shower is fabulous. Kitchen well outfitted, bath essentials provided to make traveling a breeze! Great for families with teen-agers (who might want their own space sometimes)

Tranquility

Beautiful spacious accommodations. A short walk to the beach. Private parking. The Ocean state and this stay did not disappoint. The space was clean and beach chairs, umbrella, and cart were readily available. Dinner at Andrea’s and Windjammer offered great ocean views along with great food. I’m glad I chose to explore the Northern East Coast. Beautiful experience with the family. Quick responses from host. Helpful information provided by Jodene. Weather and beach were amazing!!

Beautiful location to near by shops/restaurants/beach. Property manager extremely attentive to unexpected loss of power, left lanterns on deck when arriving back to house.

Great beach rental

This property was very clean and in a convenient location to the beach. The property has everything you need for a beach day and included a beach pass to the private beach area in Misquamicut which was an added bonus. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to cook and the WiFi and smart tv worked great. The one thing the property needs is blinds or black out curtains. Every room gets very bright very early in the morning. You should definitely consider bringing something with you if you do not want to be woken up.
