Beautiful one-story vacational home located in Elk Grove. The family room has large windows with views of the backyard. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Our home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood convenient to shopping, restaurant, casino, entertainment and more. Your family will be close to everything when you stay here. The house is well equipped with everything needed. Relax and enjoy your stay!

This home is ideal for Visitors, Families, Business Parties, and Executives. Long-term stays are also welcome!

Our home has 3 bedroom (2 queen and a full size beds), and 2 bathrooms (full and 3/4) with all you need to have an amazing stay.

All beds are pillow top mattresses for you to have a great quality sleep.

We have high speed internet. 65" UHD SMART 4K TV at the living area, 32" SMART TV in the master bedroom free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or friends.

Guest have access to the whole house. (Garage is not available for parking)

- Key-less entry with door code upon arrival.
- Free Internet Wi-Fi.
- Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers.
- Bathroom: Bathtub and stand-in shower, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner, soap.
- Laundry room: washer, dryer, iron, iron board, laundry detergent and softener.
- Two parking spaces on the driveway and ample free street parking

Check-in information will be send to guests the day before arrival.

- Please set AC temperature above 69 F during hot seasons.
- Please set heater temperature below 75 F during cold seasons.
- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house (2 cars can park in the driveway)
- No parties allowed.
- Locals must contact us prior to booking
- We don't allow visitors from our guests for our security.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).

- We have cameras at the front door and back for security reasons..

We have a pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside, especially if a door or window is left open.

We did have access to the until next day due to combination to at the door did not work.Had to sleep in a hotel.It was very uncomfortable.Could not warm the house because you needed a pin code to the control.The tempature stayed under 69 degrees

Life in Elk Grove

This was a great property for my wife, daughter and I to spend time together during an extended stay in Elk Grove. We walked along the nearby Laguna Creek trail and shopped at the plentiful markets in the area. All told, the house provided just the right location and amenties for our visit.

The house cleaning

The house clean as I expected. But the drain line slow to drain out on shower stand of master bedroom. owner needs to update this. Overall I like location of this house, neighborhood is okay.

Older House needing a refresh

The owner was very responsive. The problems were: smokey scent in one bedroom, slight urine smell in another and old towels. Otherwise, everything else was very nice, and a good neighborhood.

First off, i usually don't write reviews but since it seems the owner or whoever manages the property doesn't care that I had a poor stay, I'm writing this to warn anyone else who stays here. When we arrived, we noticed the entire front and back of the home was covered in spider webs. This should have been cleaned out. We didn’t sit outside because of this. Then I noticed several things. Hole in the closet, loose molding someone could trip on, duct tape on one of the stove burners, and to top it off, the bedroom remote had tape to hold the batteries in. They kept falling out so it was not easy to change the channel. The worst part was the bedding and the towels. They were smelly and dirty! Even after we washed them, they smelled terrible! We didn’t sleep well at all. When I messaged the host about this, i received no response. This was disappointing since we were there for my daughters graduation. Hope they make improvements for future guests.

Save your Money!

Well to say being disappointed is an understatement. We chose this location because it was right next-door to my deceased grandmothers house, and everything was fine until check-in. The previous guest had their dogs in the house and ruined the coach so bad that the maid service shampooed the couch just hours before our arrival and left it soaked to the point it was unusable the entire time. We contacted the property manager which was a chore on its own and he asked if they maid service could come back in to "dry" the couch which did not work out, he also stated that we will be getting some sort of reimbursement. When the maid service was done with trying to dry out the couch it just got worse, now the whole house smelled like a dog kennel. We tried to contact the property manager several times afterwards with no response back. The description states that it sleeps 6 and that's all it can do, there is not enough of anything to accommodate for more than 4 people. Upon further discussion with the neighbors as they all knew my grandparents that this house was squatted on by a group of "Gypsie's" while it was a VRBO and several chicken carcasses had to be cleaned out of the house, which the smell will never fully go away. Word to the wise, SAVE YOUR MONEY!

trying to get things fixed

Im just going to post the communication between the host and myself. I felt like I was the inspector for the property and was supposed to wait for repair people to show up. I flew my family 2000 miles to a home where the shower head did not work, the ceiling fan in the middle bedroom was broke, there was no strike plate on the front door main dead bolt Message from the host Hi Charles, the middle handle switches to shower. Can you confirm itMessage from the host I've been trying to reach out to the plumbing company who installed the shower handle but got no response. I am sending our handyman to take care instead, but he can only arrive around 5 PM. We truly apologize for the inconvenience's the middle handle doesn't work? Message from the host I am really sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. I am doing action plans now and also reaching out to the cleaning company taking care of the house to make sure Message from the host I'm following up with the plumbing company about the shower handle. I also reached out to the cleaning company who prepared the house, and they said they're able to toggle with the middle handle.( I was supposed to jiggle the handle somehow to make the shower work) Can you take a picture of the front door strike plate, please? I believe you can attach pictures on VRBO app. we have checked everything prior to each guest arrival. It was in nice and quite location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very comfortable for us and our dog. Since we were visiting family in town to attend a party at their house we used the kitchen to prepare some food to bring and it was very well stocked. The host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay so much we already rebooked for later this year.

Family friendly

This was a great place for my family to stay while attending my sisters wedding. Having young kids I always get nervous about decor, but the house wasn’t cluttered with things I normally would put up out of reach so I appreciated it. Beds were decent and the neighborhood was quiet even over the weekend.
