Nestled on the outskirts of the heart of “Little Switzerland of America”, with an amazing view of Mount Sneffels, this is the perfect mountain cabin to get away, relax and recharge!

With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, there’s ample room for up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom features a spacious ensuite bath with walk-in shower and sauna (upon request).

Evans Heaven is located 5 miles from the town of Ouray, where you can enjoy hiking, jeeping, hot springs, ice climbing, box canyon falls, unique dining and some wonderfully quaint shops. Or consider Ridgeway Reservoir, just down the road, where you can enjoy fishing, boating and paddle boarding.

This property contains two separate living spaces. The main house is the house you will be staying in. The smaller living space is the owners quarters. From the month of May to September the owners may be staying there, depending on their plans. However, your privacy is of our utmost concern and they will go unnoticed!

Please note: there are cameras monitoring the outside areas. Front door, driveway, garage. There are no cameras located inside.

In response to COVID-19, we have made sure that our cleaning and safety precautions align with CDC guidelines. The house is cleaned with COVID approved cleaners. We provide self-checkin for our guests so there is no physical contact.

Standard minimum stay is 3 nights.”
