Property showed better in the pictures

The house was very accommodating as expected. The house had shown some wear that you would expect to see in a rental house. The floors had not been mopped before our party's arrival. Our kids's feet were were so dirty that we had to bath them before bed. Check in was a nightmare. All of my guests were listed for parking except me. I could not even enter the property until this was cleared up. It took approximately 20 minutes for this error to be corrected. I had also asked and confirmed that there was an outdoor grill included only to find out that it was extra and could be delivered on day 3 of our stay. Overall, we still had a positive experience, but small inconveniences added up.

Hell Eric, thank you very much for your review and we are very sorry to hear that the floors hadn't been cleaned properly and you had an issue with your guest list upon check-in. We do ask for the guest list to be completed and for all drivers to be listed so there are no issues at the gate. I am just very sorry that your check-in took longer than necessary. All homes have the opportunity to have a grill and we can indeed rent them for an additional fee. Overall, I am pleased to hear you had a positive experience but we are genuinely sorry about the small inconveniences you experienced. Please feel free to contact me directly for a special rate for a future stay.
