Clean and peaceful

My friends and I spent a few weekdays at the condo. The location was quiet and peaceful. It was fun to sit on the deck and watch the boats go by on the lake. It’s close to plenty of restaurants although we just did uber eats after a day at the pool. Would recommend this place !

ANNIVERSARY GETAWAY

We have been married 27 years this Valentines Day, and every year we take a weekend getaway. Our honeymoon was in this area and we try to come back here periodically for our anniversary. Enjoyed our stay.being part of out life's journey

Awesome setup and all we needed

Great place relaxing and easy to find and view was amazing. There is a soft spot outside door to balcony but still safe and secure and I don’t think owner was aware of it. Great set up with plenty of linens and towels for 2. If we ever go back will definitely see about renting this unit again.

Weekend in November, the condo and grounds very guiet. Enjoyed the lake view from the deck and livingroom. High pressure hot water, well equipped kitchen, comfotable bed with sufficient pillows. TV and laundry worked.

Everything was surface clean. The shower and the dishwasher need serious attention. All else was very nice. Would recommend it. Next time we will find a place with no steps. We are 80 and struggled with the steps. Loved the view and location. Thanks. Steve n Susan.

Relaxing birthday weekend for my wife.

Overall very clean condo, easy to get in contact with the owner. Loved the view,.Had to fix screen door,could have had larger pots for cooking and meeded more trash bags, would rent conda again.

Great Location, Beautiful view!

We loved this 1-bedroom condo. It was perfect for a couple's getaway. The view from the living area and deck was magnificent, especially at night. We enjoyed the pool overlooking Lake of the Ozarks. The location was ideal, close to everything. Dave was friendly and helpful via email. We will definitely be back to enjoy this little gem.

Business trip to the Lake

I am a rep for a gift company working in the area. This rental gave me a great place to work from with a beautiful view. I usually stay in a hotel but not anymore I’ve found my place to stay when in the area. Highly recommend this beautiful rental. Makes you feel like your home.

Location was in a great spot. We really enjoyed this condo! The view was incredible. The sunset was awesome! Condo was perfect size! Close to town. Had a washer and dryer, so relaxing anytime of the day. :) good fishing on the dock. Didn't have coffee filters so we bought some to keep in the condo. For future people who stay. The railings were safe but with little children you have to watch them. Overall the place was great! Recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing, quiet weekend. We stayed 4 days and it was wonderful!

Would not recommend!

Myself and my two children stayed here for a short trip to visit family and enjoy the water. While the condo does provide an amazing view, that is all it has to offer. List of issues/poor management of the property: -Night 2, I woke up to use the restroom and discovered a bat in the condo. When I communicated this with the management he asked if I left a door open that it came in. No apology or offer to provide any pest services or question to ensure myself and my children were ok. -Washer/dryer had no push button to start them. It was broken off. -Dryer door had no handle. -Pull out couch was about 3inches thick and just springs to lay on, horrible sleeping arrangment. -No extra bedding for pull out couch even though it is advertised to be used. -No large pan for cooking. -Screen door was broken off the hinges. -Carpet on the patio was dirty and wet the whole time. 0/10- would not stay again.

I own a retail shop in town called ' LAKE GALLEON'. Just look for the orange/red palm trees. Im sitting on a horses rear bar stool. Dont go to a hotel book this cute 1 bedroom call me.I liked the area of this one bedroom condo in the Goldeen Reef complex. It is right in the heart of Osage Beach. You have access to the Outlet mall and and tons of eating places etc.The condo is a top floor so it it has high ceilings with mirror walls every were thats gives ya great roomy feel.
The veiw of the lake is fantastic and relaxing

Why they chose this property

Osage Outlet Mall, is block from Passover Rd. Golden Reef Condos, are down Passover Rd approx 1 1/2 mile. You can drive to Tirebitters Bar/Grill with out getting on Hwy 54. Several other Resturants very close Wobbly Boots BBQ, Rizzos, Vista Grande and many more. By water we are 1 1/2' miles from The osage Arm were there are many water front resturants. Backwaters Jacks is at the 17 mm, Pit Stop at the 20mm, Shorty Pants 21 1/2 mm, Paridise 24 mm,

What makes this property unique

Off Passover road which is in heart of Osage Beach. We are on the 1 1/2 mile marker of Grand Glaze Arm which is close to State Park and Public Beach #2 and close also to Party Cove.
The Grand Glaze arm comes in at the 19 mile marker of the Osage Arm.
We are vary close by water to Top Sider Bar and Grill and Dog Days Waterfront watering hole which are both on the Grand Glaze arm
