I often get asked if these are pics of our beach...YES...we know lots of people use pics of our beach to advertise their villa despite not being on this section of Sandy Point in Sandcastle Estates. The pictures are of our BEACH. “Paradise Found", "Blown Away", "Beach is Beyond Words”, “Best Beach in North Caicos”STEPS to a pristine private beach, with crystal clear turquoise Caribbean waters. Miles and miles of unspoiled sand, NO CORAL, NO ROCKS! An abundance of sealife including Sea Turtles, Stingrays, Conch, Starfish…the list goes on and on. This is the best part of Sandy Point Beach, Villa is in the exclusive subdivision of Sandcastle Estates. Spend your day kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, discovering countless sandbars, swimming, or relaxing by your private pool and cold plunge jetted tub. Caicos Beach Villa is located in Sandcastle Estates on the northeast end of North Caicos. Situated on a beautiful stretch of powder white sand beach with sunset views over the most pristine turquoise water in the world. The villa is nearly 4,500 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms with 100 feet of beach frontage. This picture-perfect setting is complete with an iconic semi-circular infinity-edge pool. The property is impeccably maintained on an exquisite stretch of private beachfront—a place where your spirit can rejoice & restore! North Caicos and Middle Caicos offer deserted coastlines, ocean cliffs, and caves waiting to be explored. Having seen very little development, these two islands conspicuously lack the bustle of Providenciales and Grand Turk, and you’ll often have miles of beautiful beach to yourself. North Caicos and Middle Caicos are best discovered on your own. Many interesting sights are only a quick stop off the main road that travels through both islands. Simply look over our list of beaches and attractions, decide what you want to see, and begin your journey. Amazing beaches await. There’s the iconic Mudjin Harbour, Bambarra Beach, Whitby Beach, Sandy Point, Hollywood Beach, and the remote yet spectacular Cedar Point. Sandcastle Estates on Sandy Point is one of the most spectacular beaches in the world!There are also many wonderful restaurants close by, including the newest Todd English spot opening very soon, this is a short walk down the beach. We just provide a basic pantry for guests including coffee, sugar, various spices, salt, pepper. Toiletries provided include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body cream from “Island Organics Apothecary TCI”, made locally in Turks they are vegan, eco friendly, local, non toxic and handmade with love. We love North Caicos, the natural beauty astounds us. Please assist us in ensuring this ecosystem stays healthy. We have implemented many green initiatives. You can help by being cognizant of your energy consumption, and not running the AC with windows and doors open. Every room is run on a separate AC unit, when we are there, we chose to open all the doors & windows in the living areas, turn on the fans and revel in the indoor/outdoor feel. While only conditioning the bedrooms. Not littering, wasting water, & choosing reef safe sunscreens are also personal choices you can make to protect this island paradise. Enjoy our little slice of heaven! We are an eco friendly villa. With everything from rainfall collection, to a pledge against single use plastics. We want to keep Turks and Caicos “Beautiful by Nature”.

Regine was amazing as manager of this house. She shopped early for food for us so the place was ready to go right when we got there. She met us at the ferry landing and took us there to show everything. The house is on North Caicos is remote and we loved that part. However being remote also means no commercial spraying for the sand flies, No-See-Ums, and they were horrible. The most disappointing thing about this wonderful house is the hot tub really needs to be heated. It is unusable without. Pool water was cold, but we went in December so expected that.

Our stay in North Caicos was absolutely amazing. The location of this property could not be better — true direct beach access to a totally secluded stretch of sand. If you’re looking to get away from the world and just enjoy time with your family, this is the perfect place.The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. There were plenty of dishes, kitchen appliances, and extra towels, which made the stay super comfortable. The upstairs balcony offered a stunning view — we loved sitting up there and taking it all in.The beach itself felt like our own private paradise. We walked along the shoreline and found so many beautiful conch shells; it was such an amazing experience.Our host, Regine, was wonderful. She welcomed us warmly, showed us around the property, and was always easy to reach. She responded quickly to any questions we had and made us feel right at home.A heads-up for future guests: the mosquitoes in North Caicos are no joke — definitely bring bug spray and plan to stay inside after about 4:30 PM. Also, the only small improvement we’d suggest is upgrading the beach chairs.But honestly, if that’s the only thing we’d change, I think it really shows how great this property is. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first time visiting North Caicos, and we absolutely fell in love with it. I brought my daughter and her friend, who both needed a well-deserved break from their demanding nursing jobs, and I was finally able to disconnect from work and all the chaos back home. Our stay at Caicos Beach Villa made the trip truly unforgettable.The home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Beach access was incredibly convenient, and the snorkeling right out front was fantastic. We even walked across the sandbar to Parrot Cay—such a unique experience! We explored the island on an e-bike tour, and a day trip to Middle Caicos led us to breathtaking Bambarra Beach.TCI is a very special place, and this villa made our time there even more memorable. Regine was wonderfully helpful throughout our stay. We’re already dreaming about our next visit—and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely sensational. This is by far one of the finest homes in Sandy Point, perfectly positioned on what is truly the best stretch of beach. The beachfront here is second to none—no rocks or turtle grass, pristine, and crystal clear—making it the highlight of the entire shoreline. The villa itself is spacious and tastefully appointed with a sophisticated Caribbean/Tommy Bahama vibe. You can immediately tell this is a high-quality build that the owners take great pride in. The home was well appointed with all the amenities guests would need for a great stay. The infinity pool was a relaxing way to cool off. The grounds were well maintained, picture perfect really, with well planned lighting, palm trees and beautiful flowering bushes. The ocean kayaks were a wonderful amenity. I kayaked daily and saw numerous turtles, stingrays, conchs, various fish and starfish. The villa manager was gracious and thoughtful, as were the owners themselves. I can’t say enough good things about this villa (it truly is a beautiful beach front home) or these incredible islands. I’m already looking forward to returning!

Paradise Found

My family and I were looking for 1 week with no plans, just lay in the sun and talk about life and chill. My daughter finished her freshman year of college, and my son finished his sophomore year of HS. We found this home and after a couple emails with Jessica I knew this was the place. We got to Provo, cab was ready (thank you Regine), boat to the island was 25 minutes...perfect. Regine was waiting for us and after getting the jeep from Al's Rental Car we were on our way to the house. I can't express how awesome the week was for our family. The entire trip was worth the money spent and we will definitely be back someday.

Amazing House and Beautiful Beach. We had a problem with canceled flights and lost Luggage, but Regine and Jessica were amazing helping us get that sorted out, they saved our Vacation. I can't say enough good things about the Beach Villas and whole experience. Will definitely stay again in the future.

North Turks and Caicos Sandy Point Vacation

Totally impressed with the property and the location! Beautiful property, well maintained and complete with all amenities. The beach is one of the most beautiful we have ever seen and for the most part void of other visitors. At times, it felt like we were the only people on that end of the island. The island was very easy to navigate. We certainly plan to stay again in the near future.

Perfect getaway

The house is just as pictured, beautiful, private and well appointed!! We had a terrible flight over!!! We were delayed by 6 hours but the house lady(Regina) arranged for everything so we still made it to the house for a good night sleep! The beach is ultra private (we saw 10 people outside our group the whole week) !!and pictures dont do it justice! We had a lovely time !

Unforgettable stay at Caicos Beach Villa

We had an incredible stay at Caicos Beach Villa! The home is perfectly situated in a stunning, peaceful bay with calm turquoise waters—truly a picture-perfect setting. The private pool was ideal for relaxing while still being able to keep an eye on the kids as they played. The house itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings that made it feel like home. Great vacation

The house is great, we spent 10 days in north Caicos Extremely relaxing , absolutely nobody on the beautiful beach and the water is so incredibly blue and warm !!We had a chef twice to cook for us and really enjoyed the experience. We rented also a boat with captain and had a great day on the waterI believe the one thing we felt was missing is curtain in the two master bedrooms … very hard to sleep after 7 am, but anything else was perfect, Regine the hose manager was very helpful!!All together , one of our best trips !!Thanks Jessica !!

Beautiful beach but property overpriced & underwhelmed

We just spent 8 days at this villa. My husband, mom and 4 kids ages 6,8,9,11. The location is very remote which is fine for us bc we like privacy. We also hired a local chef. We hired a ‘chef’ through the owner’s recommendations, it was a nightmare. Nearly ruined our trip. Unprofessional. Overpriced. Very cheap food. Tried to feed us disgusting fish full of bones for breakfast lunch and dinner. Then midway through the trip upcharged us 800 Saying the 2400 I was originally quoted didn’t cover food just service. We argued them down to an additional 400 instead. (Pissed) We spent the last 3 days of the trip debating, arguing and negotiating with these guys who couldn’t even provide receipts to show the amount requested is what was actually spent. Car service through the owner recommendation was 150 EACH WAY TO EACH PLACE. Meaning we had to spend 150 to get from airport to ferry. 65/pp rounding ferry, then another 150 from the ferry to the house. So that was 600 total just to get to and from the house which is like 15 minutes each ride but like everything else it’s overpriced. The villa was underwhelming. When we pulled up it looked haunted and abandoned bc they keep all the front windows shuttered and locked due to sand. Towels blankets kitchen weren’t clean to our standards. I won’t be back. I’d rather go to Jamaica. Better service, same ocean, less expensive, culturally more welcoming. Turks gives scammer vibes. If anything we should have stayed at the Ritz at PLS.

Perfect family spot

The home is located on a beautiful stretch of Sandy white beach, probably 100 yds from the ocean. The house is lovely with a well stocked pantry. We kept being amazed that everything we needed just seemed to appear. Our little ones were in the pool from morning to night. The on-site staff is attentive but also nicely invisible. The owner is easy to communicate with and works hard to make everything perfect. She is the best host we’ve ever had. There is a resort going up next door, though it looks abandoned at the moment. The perfect quiet and complete absence of beach goers would be compromised if that project is completed. On that, we have no information. The only downside: the location is prone to mosquitoes and sand fleas that were challenging for our young ones and a few adults. Come laden with Deet for the susceptible. A minor inconvenience but not a major deterrent. The island is remote and facilities limited which would be challenge for some but wonderful for us. All in all, we had a perfect family vacation in a beautiful location in a warm and comfortable home. Though there was tv, it was never turned on. Being screen free for 7 days because there was so much else to experience was an absolute gift.

Amazing Stay at this Beautiful Villa

Beautiful Villa with all the amenities. Ocean front beach is amazing and so nice to also have the pool. And we did a number of day trips , snorkeling, discovering other beaches and exploring and hiking. I would surely recommend this vacation home, especially if you want some quiet, relaxing time. I want to go back!!!

House and property were just as the listing states. Amazing piece of paradise. Regine was such a great resource for us ahead of the trip and getting us there. As many reviews state, this is a very quiet area. If you are looking of peace of mind for your getaway this hits every box.

Caicos Beach Villa IS 5 Stars out of 5!!

The Caicos Beach Villa is an absolutely incredible vacation property! The beach is stunning- the water crystal clear, the sand stunning white and the ocean classically beautiful turquoise. There are shoals that allow wading hundreds of yards offshore. The villa is superb. It is immaculately clean, modern, roomy, and comfortable, with decks and plenty of outside congregating areas. The kitchen has everything needed to cook, there is an outdoor grill, and a washer/dryer for laundry. The pool is refreshing, and there are masks, flippers, and kayaks for exploring the ocean. The host is gracious and accommodating. The property manager especially magnificent. She went out of her way to make sure we arrived safely, showed us everything in the house, provided extra snorkeling gear, recommended restaurants and activities, and even shopped for groceries for us before we arrived. Two of the main qualities of this property are the owner and the manager. I highly recommend this property and would certainly stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Caicos Beach Villas, and it was an experience beyond my wildest dreams! From the moment we arrived, Reginne welcomed us at the ferry, guided us to the house, and showed us around the pottery. The villas themselves are beautifully appointed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort- with a view that is unmatched. The location is simply unbeatable—just steps away from pristine, turquoise waters and powdery white sands that feel like heaven under your feet. The views from our villa were breathtaking, with stunning sunsets that made every evening magical. Every detail at Caicos Beach Villas is thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have the best possible experience. The private pool was a delightful oasis, and they had everything we needed to enjoy snorkeling, kayaking and just lounging on the beach. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. Reginne went above and beyond by stocking the kitchen with things we requested, and communicating in a timely manner while working with us when a global tech outage canceled our flights a delayed our arrival to the island for a whole day. The provided book with detailed information on local dining and excursions, along with places to visit was very helpful as well. I can't recommend Caicos Beach Villas highly enough for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable beachfront getaway. It’s a slice of paradise that I can’t wait to return to!y

Home was gorgeous, even better than the pictures. Direct access to beach felt private, we saw only a few people during our stay. Our grandkids were amazed at the sea life and collected quite a few large conch shells. Pool and backyard area was dreamy. Regine met us at the ferry and was wonderful to work with. We definitely recommend this little slice of paradise.

A beautiful, natural experience of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Incredible secluded beach, warm ocean and amazing sunsets. Our kids LOVED the swimming pool, expect lots of wrinkly fingers and toes 😂. The house is amazing with ample space for large families or groups. Highly recommend a stay at Caicos Beach Villa!

Hidden Gem: A Secluded Beachside Retreat

Absolutely incredible stay! This secluded beachfront home on North Caicos exceeded all our expectations. The beach was pristine, with stunning crystal-clear water that made every moment magical. Our host was exceptional, always responding quickly to any questions we had and ensuring our stay was perfect. The house was fully stocked with amenities and supplies, making it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. Its proximity to Bellfield Landing, grocery stores, and a few delightful restaurants was incredibly convenient. The home itself was spacious, with an infinity pool and jacuzzi that offered the perfect spots to unwind. We loved using the kayaks and snorkel gear provided – it felt like our own private adventure. The spacious bedrooms boasted amazing views from every room, truly making it feel like our own island oasis. It was very comfortable for 8 of us. This home provided the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility, and we can't wait to return!

Amazing vacation

Friends and I rented this house, there was a mix of couples and singles. We had an absolutely amazing time! Jessica (host) made this trip smooth and easy. Information was provided on all the local events, activities. We checked out a few of the beaches but found the beach where we were staying to be the best! The house is absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous view. Definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful home on spectacular stretch of beach

We have stayed at many rental vacation properties, and this one was the best one. The house layout was perfect, it was very clean and well-maintained, and it was decorated very appealingly. The owner and property manager were very attentive to our needs and answered any questions promptly. The property is beautiful and the beach was wonderful. We found many interesting shells and other sea life walking along the shore. Our favorite restaurant was Cilantro’s, and we also enjoyed a tour of North and Middle Caicos with Joel of M and M tours. We very much enjoyed this relaxing vacation.

The beach and property are very nice and the area is quiet. The property managar was very attentive. Certain things at the property need minor maintenance or replacement for this to receive a 5 star rating. Overall it's a great property.

My husband, 2 boys, and I love to travel. We have been to over 50 countries, and the moment we visited this beach we knew we had to own something here. The beach is spectacular, we spend hours, and hours snorkeling in the ever-changing tides, add to this the sand bars, shelling, tranquility, and options for exploration on North and Middle Caicos, and this really is heaven on earth.
