The space
Welcome to Sunshine Studio, a unique, window-filled space that feels like a cozy tree-house on the shores of Lake Superior. This sparkling clean studio is thoughtfully designed for your comfort and filled with natural light, including a 14-inch skylight that ensures complete privacy. It's the perfect retreat for a solo adventurer or a couple.

Key Features:
- Sleeping Area: A comfortable queen bed for a restful night's sleep.
- Kitchenette: A recently remodeled and fully stocked kitchenette with all the essentials for preparing your own meals.
- Climate Control: A split-type ductless AC system for year-round comfort.
- Work & Entertainment: A dedicated workspace for remote work, high speed wifi and a TV for your entertainment.

Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire studio apartment. Free parking is available on the street only. Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in with a keypad entry system; your unique door code will be provided prior to arrival. You also have access to a pathway that leads directly from the property to seven miles of sandy Lake Superior beach.

Very small living quarters but nothing we weren’t expecting! Everything was clean and modern. The bed was uncomfortably hard, I would recommend the hosts get new pillows because the ones provided were very flat. Overall good stay and perfect for the two of us!

If you want privacy, this isn’t it.

Very little privacy. We realized there were loads of windows going into this place, but what we didn’t realize were the quality of the curtains. No matter if lights were on or off, you could see through them. We actually debated running to the store to get a better one for over the door because of how paper thin it was. The property was also completely overgrown with weeds so to get to the stairs you’re pushing through weeds and overgrown grass. The property is not well kept. Last but not least, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. For over $800+ for a two night stay, I would’ve expected better across the board.

Keep lifestyle to yourself

Pulled up to property and the front yard was not landscaped and had LGBTQ flag, a black lives matter, women's rights are human rights, science is real, love is love, no human is illegal, kindness is everything sign. I don't care what you believe or how you live your lives, just don't need it to be shoved down my throat. A rental should NOT be advertising anything. This should be a place where everyone should feel comfortable. If signs are going to be put out in the yard, put all the signs out. Heterosexual flag, police lives matter, save our children flag, international flag, humane society flag, ect. Otherwise, the rental was very clean.

Nice but

It was clean and pretty. This is a nice studio but the view is totally obscured by a house. There was no place to put your clothes. No dresser or night stand no closet.
