Speaking of the kitchen, be sure to bring along a few of your favorite recipes, as stainless steel appliances, a coffee station, high-end cookware, and an island will make preparing meals a breeze right at home. Unwind after a day of adventures by taking a dip in the splash pool, complete with a swim jet system and heater. Plus, you can keep it casual on warm summer nights by firing up the gas grill in the backyard with a favorite beverage in hand.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: The local boat ramp is close to the home. The boat dock can fit a 30-foot boat, no bigger. The home also features a bait freezer and two coolers that guests can use. If they are taken, guests will be charged to replace the coolers.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
