This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit sits on the first floor of 400 South, a newly-renovated 8-unit aparthotel just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Everything here is brand new: renovations, appliances, furniture. It's a bright, comfortable, spotless space built for couples, friends, or small groups looking to make the most of the coast.



Living space

Sunlight fills the common areas, catching on the chic vinyl flooring and playful decor throughout. The lounge offers plenty of seating, including a reclining couch made for kicking back in front of the Smart TV. A private entrance and fully fenced private backyard give you space to come and go, and to relax outdoors, on your own terms - and the outdoor dining area and gas BBQ grill make it easy to bring meals outside. There's also a patio or balcony for extra outdoor space.



Sleeping arrangements

Choose between a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, both with ample closet space for your belongings. Room-darkening shades help you sleep in after a day at the beach, and you'll find bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets ready for you.



Kitchen & dining

The ocean-chic kitchen is fully stocked and ready for home-cooked meals, from cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper to a full set of dishes and silverware. A dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator round out the essentials, and a coffee maker and toaster are on hand for easy mornings. The driftwood bar seats four, making it a natural spot for casual meals or morning coffee.



Bathroom

The bright bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a vanity, with extra storage tucked into the closet by the door. Hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products are all provided.



Location

400 South sits on one of Cocoa Beach's popular beachfront streets, with a gated community across the street and million-dollar mansions nearby. It's just 50 steps to the beach from the front door, and a 5-minute walk to downtown Cocoa Beach. You're also just south of the Kennedy Space Center, making this a convenient home base for exploring the Space Coast.

Beyond the unit, you'll have access to a shared outdoor pool, open all year and heated, plus free parking on premises, free street parking, and an EV charger. Beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided for easy beach days. Pets allowed, with long-term stays of 28 or more days welcome, and self check-in via smart lock makes arrival simple.

The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around.



Getting Around:

Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
