The Space:

Just fifty steps from the sand, this second-floor condo puts you close enough to hear the waves from your morning coffee. Salt air drifts through the common areas, and the short walk down to the beach feels like part of the vacation itself. Whether you're chasing sunrise walks or unwinding after a day in the water, this spot makes it easy.



Living space

Sunlight fills the main living area, catching on the emerald granite countertops and the underwater-themed artist mural that gives the space its personality. The lounge area has a reclining couch, perfect for settling in with a show on the Smart TV after a day at the beach. Everything here is newly furnished, so it all feels fresh and ready for your stay.



Sleeping arrangements

You'll find one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, each with generous closet space for unpacking and settling in for your stay. Room-darkening shades help you sleep in after a late night by the water, and extra pillows and blankets are on hand for extra comfort.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at your own pace, with a stainless steel electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided, so there's no need to pack your own. Four bar-style seats make it easy to gather for breakfast before heading out for the day.



Bathroom

The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and a vanity with extra storage tucked into the adjacent closet, keeping your toiletries organized and out of the way.



Location

This condo sits within 400 South, an 8-unit aparthotel just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. You're across the street from a gated community and surrounded by million-dollar homes, with downtown a 5-minute walk away and the beach just 50 steps from your front door. Outside, you can fire up the gas BBQ grill in the private backyard, grab beach essentials like towels and snorkeling gear for the day, or cool off in the shared outdoor pool, heated and open all year. An EV charger and free parking are available on-site, and pets are welcome for the trip.



Guest Access:

We provide keyless entry with digital door locks.



The Neighborhood:

400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to ocean - think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!



Getting Around:

Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.



Regarding the 6 guest occupancy, we have a king and queen bed which can comfortably sleep 4 guests. We provide a trifold floor mattresses to sleep one more guest. We also have a couch that can sleep 1 additional guest.
