The Space:

Step outside and the sand is already calling your name, just across the street. This second-floor retreat at 400 South puts you within walking distance of the shoreline, with the laid-back energy of Cocoa Beach as your backdrop and the Space Coast's launch pads only minutes away.

Living space

A short flight of stairs leads up to Unit H, where sunlight fills the open-concept living area and plays off romantic decor details throughout. Settle into the wide couch and stream a favorite show on the Smart TV, or post up at the bar-style seating for four while someone else handles dinner. The furniture and appliances are brand new throughout, giving the whole space a fresh, put-together feel.

Sleeping arrangements

Rest easy with two full bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen, each offering ample closet space for unpacking properly during your stay. A sofa bed in the living area adds flexible sleeping room for a larger group, making this layout comfortable for up to six guests.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen comes fully stocked and ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners in, complete with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and the cookware and dishware you need to make it happen. The bar-style seating keeps the space social, whether you're grabbing coffee or gathering everyone for a meal.

The sleek bathroom features a walk-in shower along with a vanity that includes extra storage tucked into the adjacent closet, so toiletries and towels stay organized and out of the way.

Outdoor space

Beyond your private entrance, a private backyard offers room to unwind, complete with a gas BBQ grill for evening cookouts. A shared outdoor pool on the property is heated and open all year, around the clock, so a swim is always on the table regardless of season. Beach essentials, including towels, an umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear, are provided to make the short walk to the sand that much easier.

You're directly across the street from Orlando's closest beach, with Cape Canaveral and the Space Coast just minutes south, making this a solid home base for couples, friends, or families looking to split time between the waves and the launch pads.

The Neighborhood:

400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to ocean - think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!



Getting Around:

Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:
