Singletrack is a modern tiny house with full size amenities. This 2 bedroom 1 bath home features fully stocked kitchen, full size appliances including washer/dryer. Two queen size beds, one of which is a murphy bed in secondary bedroom which doubles as an office. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of small town life out the front door or relax on the private back patio with bike garage/bike wash. Located just a block from the heart of Fruita with multiple dining options, bike rental, coffee shops etc. You will love the easy access to recreation including mountain biking, hiking, paddle boarding, rafting, skiing, ATVs or simply taking in the Colorado National Monument.

Perfect tiny home just a few minutes' walk from downtown Fruita. We visited Hot Tomato pizza more than once during the trip :)

Spent the week mountain biking in Fruita. Minutes from area biking and hiking trails. Short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Bike storage, covered parking nice backyard. Would highly recommend. restaurantsresta

Great Fruita Experience

The location is within a short walk of downtown Fruita with its great shops, restaurants and pubs. The space is very modern with every amenity you could want. It’s comfy for two and could work for two couples. If you’re coming to Fruita for mountain biking this is your place. There’s secure bike storage with a cleaning station. The local Fruita trails are world class and the scenery is truly epic. This was my first VRBO experience and Kelly is very organized and her timely communications provided me with everything I needed to have a zero hassle check in/check out. Overall this was just a perfect stay.

Adventure base camp.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. We found it had everything we needed packed into a well built (quiet despite being in Main Street) cool unique layout. The communication and check in process could not have been simpler. We will book this every time we can when back in the valley and for friends when we filnaly move there. Perfect!!!

Best Location and Amenities in Fruita!

Conveniently Located to Downtown Fruita. Modern kitchen, high end toiletries, excellent property mgr. / Owner. I would recommend for adults trip 2-3 people for sure. I'm definitely staying here again.

Great place, we’ll stocked

The property was very cute and week appointed as well as unusually well stocked with towels (higher quality than usual), soaps, etc. Nice bathroom and great shower. The only, minor, criticism is there was no dining table, but rather a counter with two stools. There was a nice coffee table in the living room that was great to eat at.

Such a unique and wonderful place

Niece and her husband stayed and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience. More spacious than it appears from the outside. A beautiful and unique house, walking distance to everything.

Nice, tidy place. Small as advertised but good enough for our stay, which was for mountian and road cycling. Window shades are on small motors. The two smaller ones on either side of the large one in the living room, facing the street, did not work, would not go down. The property manager came by and changed the batteries and that did not fix the problem. The window in the back door looks to have an automatic shade installed but there is no wall switch to activate it, so one can't lower it, so that window is never covered. The switches for the bedroom and spare room shades have to be held down for several seconds to activate, we had to discover that ourselves. There are pop-up electrical outlets built into the kitchen counters. They do not pop-up, one has to lift them such as with a knife point to get started. Fortunately, there are outlets underneath the kitchen shelves, but they are not immediately apparent, one has to lean down and look for them.

This rental home is absolutely perfect! Every detail is modern and top notch! It’s a real “happy” house with lots of sunny windows and unique decor! Kelly was great to work with and answered all questions immediately! Location can’t be beat! Close to everything special Fruita has to offer! Can’t wait to come back!

Cool House Perfect Location

We have long admired this home and finally got to stay in it for 4 nights. We often stay in Fruita to bike and escape the cold mountain weather at home. We loved living downtown so we can walk to coffee shops and restaurants. It was a great experience living in a small home (not tiny) that is thoughtfully laid out with everything you need. The covered parking and bike storage garage in the back was ideal. We will be back!

Perfect spot for us. We made use of the bike garage & all the local trails. Out of hustle & bustle but still close enough to enjoy GJ restaurants, etc

Amazing Place

We had a great time in Fruita hiking, mountain biking, great restaurants. This place is the best house in Fruita and everyone stops to look at the stunning architecture. We loved it and will be back! Kelly has done great job with everything on this place!
