(Kids under 3 don’t count in numbers) Enjoy the private backyard oasis with a salt water pool that is heated (winter) and cooled (summer) at no extra cost, ensuring year-round fun. Guests also have access to Power Ranch community amenities, including parks, trails, fishing ponds, two pools, and a splash pad. And for those that need to do a little computer work you will find a dedicated work area in the masterroom equipped with a second monitor and cords.

The Space:
Our home is designed for comfort and fun. Unwind in the backyard with a pool, fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor seating. Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, large family room with a 75" 4K Smart TV, playroom for little ones, and a dining area perfect for meals or game nights. The upstairs loft with TV is ideal for kids’ movie nights or gaming, while the bedrooms offer quality mattresses and premier bedding for a restful sleep.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the house, backyard with private pool, and all the Power Ranch amenities, including two additional community pools, a splash pad, parks, sports courts, trails, and a fishing pond.

Parking is limited to two cars onsite, with street permits available upon request. Families with young children will appreciate amenities like a playhouse, highchair, and pack-n-plays.
