The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

GUEST ACCESS:

Please note that the oceanfront patio is considered an easement, and guests in the upper residence may use the patio to access the beach at any time.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided throughout for your comfort.
Disclaimers: This neighborhood is primarily residential and extremely peaceful/quiet. Guests must adhere to the strict Newport Beach Municipal Codes regarding noise, maximum occupancy, parking, etc. Guests who disturb the neighboring residence will be subject to immediate eviction without refund.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Laundry: A stacked washer and dryer are available for guests. Please note that guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: One designated parking space in the shared garage. Mid-size vehicles only, no oversized SUVs or trucks. General neighborhood street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
