The floor to ceiling windows on the north side of the condo provides great views of Aspen Mountain and offers abundant natural light. The unit has the feel of a vintage mountain cabin with the décor, furnishings and unique, Chimenea wood-burning fireplace. The first bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has two twins (can be converted into a king). There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. 1970's style and aged property
Be aware, the picture does not do this place justice. It is an very old, dated, smelly and tired apartment. Very over priced and primitive for what you get. Location is excellent but everything else is suspect.
Thank you so much for staying with us and for the review! The majority of the condo buildings, in Aspen, were built in the 1960's. This particular condo is advertised as vintage with a mountain cabin feel. The furnishings and decor are very rustic, eclectic and unique to mountain style living. The wood burning Chiminea is one of my favorite features! The condo has a fully functioning kitchen, complete with all the appliances, a washer and dryer, each bedroom has it's own personal outdoor deck and there are two televisions. What else do you need?
We advertise the condo as standard with a very affordable price due to the lack of modern upgrades. I am positive if you were to compare your nightly rate to others in the area with the same location and similar features you will find our pricing spot on.
With a full housekeeping and maintenance staff, I can assure you that there are no foul odors in the condo. It is very clean.
We use a professional photographer for all of our properties ensuring we show the best features, angles and shots for our marketing purposes.
Being walking distance to everything in town is a great asset. Do not forget about the views, in that the condo is at the base of Aspen Mountain. Being only a block away from the market and less than 2 blocks from the gondola the location is dynamite! There is a designated parking spot in front of the condo for your personal use or for guests. A designated parking spot in Aspen is quite the luxury.

Great location walking distance from everything. Clean and comfortable and spacious. The funky decor added to the charm.
Good location in town. Condo was dated and walls were a bit thin, like could hear neighbors talking and walking around. All wood building so....
Bedrooms were drafty and cold. Doors to outside were not insulated well or not a good seal when closed.
I might stay there again but I'd shop around in the area first.
