Have the family lounge in the living area while you prepare a snack behind the bar all while facing the majestic view of the gulf. The Master Bedroom offers breathtaking Gulf views and private balcony access. Keep the kids snug and cozy in the bunk room after preparing delicious homemade dinner in a fully stocked kitchen. Dine inside or on the privately furnished balcony overlooking the white sandy shores. Enjoy making memories with up to 7 of your closest family and/or friends.

Construction Notice-
Sunrise Beach Resort is currently undergoing improvement projects that may affect your stay. These are expected to be complete by May, 2026.
• Only two elevators will be in service at any given time
• Longer wait times expected during peak hours
• Short-term closures of elevator bays and lobby sections for equipment work
• Elevators will remain temporarily operational during long holiday weekends

Amazing Vacation

Our our family took a weeklong vacation to the sunrise beach and it was incredible. When we arrived, there was an issue with the air unit and they took care of it amazingly quick and we're so helpful and considerate of our needs. The condo was very pretty and had all the amenities we needed. It also had an incredible view from the balcony. The property is well kept and we would definitely go back again!

This condo was perfect for our needs! The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for our stay. The view is amazing. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils and appliances. The separate laundry room was very useful. The large table and chairs were great for meal times with the entire group. All of the furnishings are beautiful! We loved our stay and will book again.

Sunsets are beautiful from the balcony every night.

The place was just as advertised, clean, comfortable and very convenient to everything. Plenty of room, the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed the beach and water was warm.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. The bed was very comfortable and the condo well stocked. We did not have any elevator issues. Make sure you register your vehicle and you will receive a confirmation email when you do.

Very home like feel. Master bedroom was super comfortable. Floor fans and extra blankets provided. Umbrellas for the beach also provided. Games and books In condo are available and my mom and I took advantage of those. We were very pleased and will definitely be staying again in the future.

Really nice condo but some building problems

The condo itself was really nice and well-stocked! No complaints about that and the view was great. However, the elevators in the building were constantly breaking down causing chaos, long waits or hikes up and down 19 floors! Parking is terrible and I thought it was included but nope, another fee to pay.

Nice condo

We really enjoy staying in the condo. Our main issue we had is that we are use to having a cold home and the owners control the thermostat and would keep raising the temperature to 70-72. This made it difficult to sleep well at night and then coming in from the beach the room was not as cold as we would like. The schedule of the thermostat should allow the renters to keep it colder than 70.

Amazing room! Great view! Not so high up that it makes you sick but high enough to see what was going on below! Big balcony! Nice big walk-in shower! Never had to wait more than just a minute or two for the elevator! Bed was comfy! The only issues were there were only two wash clothes in the room (wasn't really a problem for us because there were only two of us and we do laundry daily). We were suppose to be sent a link to register with the condo that despite calling several times we did not get until we went to Book that Condos office and stood there until we received it. The listing stated the room comes with free activities, we had to call the managing company to get that information as it was not provided until we requested it. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great experience!

This condo was a great fit for our family! We stayed from Saturday to Wednesday and enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy and overall it was one of the nicer beachfront condos we’ve stayed in. It was cleaner than most as well. Although we didn’t do any cooking, it seemed to be well stocked with most anything you would need to cook. The fridge was clean and the ice & water worked great. There was no “cable” access on the living room TV…which was a bit of a bummer, but not a real issue for us. There is an unsightly spot in the Master bathroom ceiling where there appears to have been a water leak that was repaired. There were also a couple of mildew spots in the walk-in shower. The shower head was FANTASTIC, though! The living room furniture is ok, but pretty worn and not super comfy. The pool areas (2 pools) were well kept and the pools were clean. Beach access was also easy! Parking and elevators were good. No issues with either one! We did contact the management team for a couple of questions and they were great, as well. Super responsive and very friendly! This condo is one that we would definitely reserve again!
