New, modern & chic, upscale apartment
This newly renovated, centrally-located, lower level duplex is walking distance to downtown Maryville. It is also only a few minutes drive from McGhee Tyson Airport (Knoxville airport), while also being close to Knoxville, The Great Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, & Pigeon Forge.
There is a queen bed in the spacious bedroom as well as a queen-sized inflatable mattress that can be set up in either the bedroom or living room. The couch in the living room has a chaise lounge, and we can provide another air mattress, if requested. There are plenty of sheets, blankets, and pillows for all.
Whether you are here for business or pleasure, we would love for you to be our guest!
