Our friends stayed at Perch Over Pistol Creek. This was their 2nd time with the same property managers and again had an exceptional experience. Very clean and exactly as described. Location is perfect! Cute shops with great places to eat and local bars in walking distance. Definitely check out Bella during your stay. It’s literally downstairs.

Very convenient location for us in Maryville. Liked being downtown within walking distance to good food, the theater and greenway... and 15 min away from Knoxville. "The Perch over Pistol Creek" gives the impression this is a creekside view, which isn't the case, so maybe the owner can update the title.

Ideal Location

In the middle of downtown Maryville. Shops, restaurants and night life just a step away. Grocery and other shops just a short drive from apartment. Place was clean and had all the amenities of home. Full kitchen, living area and private bathroom make it great for longer stays. Host responded in minutes thru the app and text and was always positive. Also loved that parking was free and right across the street.

Immaculate apartment in a lovely city. We didn’t use the kitchen much except for coffee and quick breakfasts, but it seemed well stocked. The hosts are up front about noise from the restaurant below and it was noticeable, but nothing too bad and they provide a noise machine. Quieted down after 10-11pm so wasn’t a problem for us. Great communication from host. We would stay here again.
