Tucked away in Laguna Beach, this beautifully remodeled vintage coastal cottage is your perfect escape to white sands, clear waters, and Gulf breezes. Sleeps 7, but we recommend 4-5 guests for the best experience. We’re happy to host all 7, but expect a cozy stay. With plenty of spaces to unwind—the pool, beds, sofas, rocking chairs, and porch—you'll find comfort at every turn. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout keeps everything clean and fresh.

Thoughtfully Designed Living Spaces
The front porch is the perfect morning coffee spot with two padded Adirondack chairs where you can enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and the sound of waves.

The living room is designed for relaxation with a large Roku TV where you can stream Netflix, Hulu, and more with your login. The space includes a plush 3-person couch, a leather swivel reclining chair, two comfortable wicker chairs with cushions, and a farmhouse credenza for storage and style.

Bedrooms – Sleep in Comfort
The master suite features a 14" king memory foam mattress with luxury cotton sheets, blackout curtains for a restful sleep, and a Roku TV. Enjoy your own private entrance to the pool through the French doors. Two dressers, nightstands, and a sound machine complete the space.

The second bedroom offers a 14" queen memory foam mattress with luxury cotton sheets, a custom shiplap headboard, corner shelves, and a dresser for storage. A Roku TV is also included.

The third bedroom is perfect for kids, featuring solid wood bunk beds with a double mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, along with a dresser for storage.

Backyard & Pool – Your Private Oasis
The outdoor space is the highlight of this home. Whether you’re lounging poolside, grilling, or playing cornhole, there’s something for everyone. The private heated pool is 20x10 feet with a depth of 10 feet. There is plenty of lounge seating, an umbrella for shade, a charcoal grill for BBQ nights, and a cornhole set for added fun.

The pool is heated with a gas heater, making it warm quickly and efficiently. Unlike electric heaters, which take longer, this one ensures comfort even on cooler days. Pool heating is available for $45 per day—please request before booking if you’d like it on for your stay. Due to nature, occasional tree debris may land in the pool. A skimmer is provided for in-between cleaning if needed.

Outdoor Shower – A Refreshing Must-Try
Perfect for rinsing off after a beach or pool day, the private outdoor shower adds to the coastal experience.

FREE Beach Gear Included
A beach cart, umbrella, and chairs are provided at no extra charge. If a previous guest damages the cornhole set or beach cart before your check-in, we cannot guarantee availability, but we will do our best to replace or accommodate you if this happens.

Fully Stocked Kitchen – Cook with Ease
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker to start your mornings right, a blender, toaster, and microwave. Cookware, utensils, and dishware are provided for the whole family, along with spices and basic cooking essentials.

Important Notes & Policies
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. No smoking is allowed inside or outside, with a $500 fine for violations. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 10 AM. The property is pet-friendly, with a limit of two dogs under 50 lbs each for a fee of $125 per pet. The home is on a septic system—please only flush toilet paper.
