Good communication with the host, easy check-in, nice location - short walk to the beach, clean and quite. Couple of minor things need attention: I think there is a problem with one of the burners in the grill (flame does not go all the way along it), also one of the beds needs the foam mattress replaced (too lumpy). Same bed needs mid-section legs repaired.

Thank you so much for the feedback! We're thrilled you enjoyed the location and found the space clean and peaceful. We really appreciate you pointing out those maintenance items. We'll get a technician out right away to inspect the grill burner and examine that bed. Your comfort is our priority, and we don't want future guests experiencing those issues either. Thanks for being such a considerate guest, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Great week!

I stayed here with my mom, 16 year old twins and our dog. Location was perfect. We had plenty of room, I loved all the outdoor space! I had to do some work and I was able to sit out on the balcony to enjoy the sun, palm trees and wifi! Could not have asked for a better week!

Very comfortable

Needed a pet friendly place to stay while in town for a birthday party. The house was very comfortable and well set up. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and downtown. A couple of hiccups occurred but the staff was very responsive and helpful and got it resolved immediately. Heather actually provided her cell in case we got locked out. I would definitely recommend this property again.

Pensacola

We had an excellent stay. Communication was great. Although the after hours check-in process could be improved, as we had to go to the office lock box to get our code and then return the next day to provide ID and credit card. The property is older and a little dated but well appointed with all that you need, clean and as advertised. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach and not crowded at all. Plenty of restaurants in the area too.

Pros: Great customer service from property mgmt company, comfy beds, great proximity to lovely beach, easy check in. Cons: This property is NOT for mobility challenged people...there are so many steep stairs! This was not clear in the listing & should be. The property is older and showing signs of wear, not satisfied with the condition vs price. The kitchen was missing basic things to prepare meals : salt/pepper, a sponge, coffee filters. There was a bad smell in one bedroom. The property mgmt co dropped off some odor absorbers which helped. The deck is shared with the neighbor which meant pets could not be outside with us as there was no way to contain them.

Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay, and are considering booking this same spot next year. For us, the canal behind the condo, plus the location from the beach (1 block away) made for a VERY relaxing visit. Our concerns were a few minor upgrades that are needed. 1) some of the blinds from room to room were worn and missing several 'slats'. 2) The front 1/2 bath room sink drain stopper was broken. Not a major problem, but drainage was slow. 3) A loose plank at the front of the steps... concerning at that height. For us an 8 out of 10! We'll probably be back

Communicating with the host was excellent. Air conditioning worked great! Had to go to walmart and buy blankets because there were no blankets or extras. Loved that it was pet-friendly since my little dog is really old, recently blind and very attached to us since losing his sight. Easy access to the beach. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Could use some more bath towels

Thank you so much for this wonderful feedback! We're thrilled you and your sweet pup had a great stay, and we're especially glad our pet-friendly policy made him comfortable during this transition time. We truly appreciate you pointing out the blanket and bath towel gaps—that's incredibly helpful. We're making those additions right now so future guests won't face the same issue. We loved hosting you and your family. Please come back and see us again soon!
