All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm Check-out time is at 11:00 am NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated. BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated. NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property. Great and comfortable vacation spot with a beautiful beach and a pool in walking distance. Variety of bars and restaurants nearby. The place was clean with many amenities. Would recommend for small families.

The location was good. The water pressure was terrible, also when taking a shower you could not regulate the hot and cold water. In other words the showers were bad.

Disappointed
Unit was not cleaned very well. The A/C was leaking and we kept the doors closed.did not use the washer because it was rusty. Not enough lounge chairs at the pool, we were told they were broken, therefore, no where to sit, the handicap entry to pool was locked all week, our friend was in a wheelchair. The mattress in the master bedroom was terrible, the sheets did not fit right. For the large price increase i paid it was not worth it. There was not enough bath towels. My brother was also staying in another building and he had 3 bedrooms and two baths, beautiful place and he paid less than what i did. I could continue, but i think you got the picture.
