OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the ground floor, with walk-out beach access and expansive ocean views! With a patio that overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are within easy walking distance, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. The bistro set on the patio makes it the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the sunset.
Living room has open floor plan with Queen hide-a-bed, flat screen TV, Electric Fireplace and Queen Murphy bed. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes breakfast bar with 3 stools. Dining area includes dining table with 4 chairs.
Hall bath has a walk in shower. The Master bedroom has a comfy King bed with a small tv and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Super Cute Beach Condo and Great for Families with kids, or just a quiet getaway for 2.
MUST BE 25 TO RENT - NO PETS - NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY INCLUDING BALCONY, PATIO, PARKING LOT OR GARAGE, ELEVATOR OR ANY COMMON AREAS.

we had a great time here. A good set up for a family of 4. Can't beat the location. The mattress on the pull out could be updated.

LOCATION!! LOCATION!!

The property was incredible! It was immaculately clean, best view of the ocean, and super comfortable (except for the sofa couch) The beach was right out the front door and the restaurants were right down the walkway. It could not have been better :)

Property is a little dated, but clean, well equipped and maintain and just a great place to stay. Kids loved the yard, so close to beach, easy walk to restaurants and shops. We loved it!

Perfect Spot

The condo is well equipped. Sheets and towels are beautiful bright white. You can watch the ocean from the porch orwalk to Main Street in a few minutes.

Great location, good amenities

I stayed with my family, including 2 kids. The condo had a great location so we could walk to everything- the beach, restaurants, the arcade, aquarium, etc. It was clean, had a ton of cooking pots, pans, and utensils in the kitchen (which was great for eating in), and a good amount of space for the kids to play when we were indoors. Great view of the ocean too!

Perfect in Every Way

Everything was perfect. Excellent location. Great view of the ocean. Close to all the shops. Communication with the property manager was excellent. This was our second time in the property. Will be back for a third.

Great place

Great place to stay. However the power went out for 20 hours due to a storm. The only thing we had was a battery lantern. Some extra blankets would have been handy. I know it's not their fault the power went out but updates would have been appreciated on the status of power returning.

Thanksgiving away

Fabulous location for us to hang when we needed to warm up. Great for cooking dinner and playing games. Perfect setup for taking in the beautiful view. Quiet for me at night!

Great property. Small but everything you need. We only had one mishap with the clam gun on site, it broke when we were out attempting razor clamming. Great that these are on site though to use.

Mother’s Day weekend

My family and I enjoyed our stay , the condo was clean and had everything we could possibly need . We did end up going during a heatwave and we looked for a fan to cool off but the fan provided was pretty filthy. Besides that it was wonderful.

Everything was fantastic, we will come back next time. They accomodated an earlier check in. We appreciated that. They had new appliances and 2 different types of coffee makers, all the plates and cups and accesories, etc. And, my son would like to point out that we are glad there are 2 bathrooms for a family of four, it was needed. Lol

Needs updating

Stay was great. Condo was very old and outdated. Friends stayed in neighboring condo that was updated. I don’t believe ours and theirs should be priced the same as ours was so old and not updated. Carpet was disgusting and rust on doors and bathroom. Would not stay in this unit again.

Anniversary

So far, the best vacation we have had...yet. We couldn't give 5 stars because the ceiling fan wasn't clean, the Mr. Coffee maker wasn't clean, the kitchen faucet leaks and is broken, the oven door was coming apart the screen door doesn't fit or close and the sliding door doesn't lock. These are not new issues. We want to go back to Seaside, Oregon. For our first experience with this, I was surprised and expected better. This is only my opinion, but it is fact.

Wonderful views! Great location.

This is a great property to stay in. You are literally steps from the beach. It was wonderful to be able to watch storms come up and still see the ocean. The Murphy bed and couch bed are easy to use. And make it very comfortable for six people to sleep there. The kitchen is well stocked, as is the activity closet. We used the kite, boogie board, games and a puzzle. It's also nice to have two bathrooms. Entry is easy and parking is close by even for large vehicles. The biggest downside is the lack of laundry in the unit. They do have a nice communal laundry room on site. ($1.50 to wash, $1.50 to dry, there isn't a quarter machine in the laundry room). But it would have been nice to be able to do the laundry in the apartment. We did have to call the property management company when we realized some linens were missing for the couch bed. They provided those in a timely manner. We also had to contact them when there was an electrical issue with an outlet. They fixed that in a timely manner as well. The unit is a little dated - nothing that fresh paint, new flooring and countertops couldn't fix. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.
