Adorable cottage with pool and Ocean view

The Cottage itself is located on the corniche Fleurie in the Caucade/Fabron area of Nice with a gorgeous view of the Mediterranean. It is one bedroom with a big and open living room space all enjoying views of the Sea.

The pool area an idyllic place to grab lunch or dinner or an aperitif during the warm months and enjoy the views of the Mediterranean.

The location in my opinion is one of the best. You don’t have the noise or the big crowds or the impossible task of finding the parking as is the case in center of Nice , yet you are less than 10 min away by car . The promenade des Anglais and the Airport are both about 5 min by car.

What an incredible place to stay. The view doesn’t get any better than this. It was a little slice of heaven relaxing by the pool and staring at the sea. This place is a short drive to old Nice and the beaches, providing a place to rest after playing all day. We can’t say enough good stuff about Rose. She’s friendly, generous, and very helpful. She met us as we arrived and made sure we were settled in properly. She was always available to answer questions and even brought us mini croissants from the local bakery as well as letting us sample her homemade hibiscus drink. When we eventually return to Nice, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stunning views, prime location, extremely accommodating host!

Rose shared her incredible home with myself and 3 friends. She was extremely accommodating, going above and beyond any host I’ve ever stayed with. The location is a short walk from a fantastic bakery, and a 15-20 minute walk to the train station. There are plenty of bus stops in the area as well. Bottom line if you’re considering visiting Nice and the French Riviera you can’t get much better than this!
