About Lore' Lieberman
Owners are Ron and Lore' Lieberman
Lore' Lieberman purchased this Apartment in 2006
Why Lore' Lieberman chose Prairie Creek
My husband & I moved to Rogers 20 years ago, (from IA) to Get Away from the long winters in the north. We decided to make an apartment in the lower level and rent to vacationers because of our excellent location. We are 1 mi from the marina, swim area, JJ’s restaurant on the water & only 4 miles from downtown Rogers. We love Beaver Lake & all it has to offer.
What makes this Apartment unique
Great benefit of our home is the location! We r only a mile to marina, swimming, golfing. We are only a few miles to downtown Rogers & walking trails/bike trails. The apartment has large windows to enjoy the beautiful view of lake & the hills behind the lake. The sunrise is gorgeous to see from the deck! In the back yard you will see sometimes up to 7 deer grazing, (usually baby deer included) & we sometimes see Mr Groundhog who lives down on the property line😂😂.

Great location and beautiful property!
My boyfriend and I are from Fort Worth and were excited to hit the mountain bike trails. This was a great location. It is about 15 minutes to Rogers and 25 minutes to Bentonville! I loved it because it was nice to get out of the busy town and relax in a private, quiet community after a long day of riding. You get your own private driveway and entrance to the property. The inside is gorgeous! The pictures don't do it justice at all! It's obvious the owners take a lot of pride in the quality of their home. The view was beautiful as well. Everything was clean and it had every amenity you could ever need. I was shocked at what a great deal this was. I would definitely stay here again!
Great view! Loved the pool table!
Cute place - kinda hard to cook breakfast on just a hot plate but loved everything else about the place!
So glad you had a good time!
The 2 cooking burners are induction cooking with full set of pans—-it’s not just a plate warmer, but if you aren’t familiar with that type you may have not gotten the full use out of them. I did have a review a couple years ago that said they loved the induction burners.
Please come back & see us again sometime!
Deserves more than 5 stars
The owners have gone above and beyond to make guests comfortable. The furnishings and decorations are beautiful. The accommodations are impeccably clean. We enjoy spending time on our boat at Beaver Lake and the Prairie Creek boat ramp is minutes away. The deck has a wonderful view of the lake and a great vantage point to watch deer and other wildlife. Viewing the stars at night is another treat. There are two nearby local restaurants that we enjoy. Log Cabin for breakfast and dinner at Corona. This was our third stay here this summer and we will be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Pam and Vernon Bixby OK
We'll be back
We stayed five nights, and it was awesome. What I can add to the other reviews is that the kitchen is way above average and very usable - high quality cooking pans, and decent knives. the decor is really nice, too. There's also a grill on the deck that overlooks Beaver Lake. It's an awesome view. We spent three days at a golf tournament just 25 minutes from here but it's so close to everything else you would want to do in the Rogers/Bentonville area. If you want to swim in Beaver Lake, it's just a 5-minute drive to a wonderful recreation area that features picnic tables, camping ground and a swimming area. It's also close to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville and the Museum of Native American History, also in Bentonville. Two great places to spend time when the heat and humidity is too much. This is a beautiful area with lots to offer, and this is a great place from which to do everything. There were only two of us but a family with children would have a great time here with the pool table and two extra beds.We will return in the future and plan on using it as our home base to explore the area more.
Perfect views outside and in!
First off, this apartment is great if you are alone, a couple, or even a family of five as we are. Truly a retreat feel but close to everything. My husband and I came back to this area to show our kids where we had lived our first 5 years of married life, and where our first was born. We drove up, parked, and before even going in saw gorgeous Beaver Lake stretching out beyond an expansive backyard that the kids spent every day in! Deer visited, a little rabbit, and a box turtle made its debut in our family photo album. The apartment itself is amazing-being a Razorback alumni, it was fun to see the adorable refrigerator and art canvas on the wall! Besides, even if you aren't it adds to the fun of the area! There is a pool table, kitchen, deck, 3 beds, living area, and dining area. It felt and looked brand new, and you never feel like anyone else is there, even though you are staying in the lower level of the house. The stairs leading up to the house are designed well, so it doesn't feel like the apartment is truly part of the house. It feels like your own. The deck outside is private and served as the perfect viewing spot while our kids staged a Nerf War and got excited when they saw a beaver, which we told them was actually a nutria. One the deck in the evening, one of our children exclaimed, "I see a flash! There's another one! What's that?" It dawned on us that our West Texas kids had never had the opportunity to see fireflies! It's usually too dry for them there and there isn't enough dense vegetation. So, an added special moment was the barrage of questions and wonder (and impromptu entomology lesson) this brought to them. Our youngest decided to pretend it was elf magic.
We would definitely stay here again as soon as we come back to the area. It's close to the rivers we love canoeing on, easy to visit Eureka Springs and Branson from, and a quick skip north to Bella Vista or south to Fayetteville and the numerous other towns to see. Amazing places to eat and numerous breweries are nearby. We did not want to leave! Lore' would once in a while check in to make sure all our comforts were met and the temperature was just right. She is an incredibly welcoming host with an apparent eye for beauty, as noted in her decorating skills and yard work! It was the perfect place to show our kids the area where our family story began so many years ago. We truly have no complaints and think it is the best Homeaway experience yet! Thanks for an amazing vacation.
Thank you Kyla for the great review. We are so glad you & your family enjoyed your time here. Everyone loves the animals that make their way through the back yard almost every evening. We hope you will come back too, we sure enjoyed having you & your family.
What a lovely getaway!
My husband and I decided to get away for New Year's Eve/New Years Day - not necessarily the best time to choose a lake location but the weather cooperated - and it was perfect. Great location - close enough to everything we planned to do. We stayed two nights, grilled outside on the awesome deck/balcony both nights in lieu of finding some crowded restaurant. The kitchen was well stocked - we forgot coffee (yikes) but there was a whole crock of coffee there waiting for us. The owners thought of everything.
The space was cozy and comfortable - lots of space to spread out. And the view was stunning - there are windows on the whole lake side and it is beautiful. We were also very taken by the cleanliness of the whole apartment - especially the bathroom. The bed and pillows were great and the linens and towels high quality.
The pool table was a great added attraction - we hadn't played pool in years and it was great fun. We also enjoyed the high quality stereo system - bring your CDs and enjoy being surrounded by great sounds.
We spent time at the wonderful Crystal Bridges Museum and walking the lovely trails on their grounds and into downtown Bentonville. We look forward to exploring more in and around the lake the next time we return.
I guess you can tell that we totally enjoyed our time at the getaway. We hope to be back soon.
Each spring and fall the Ozark Hills come alive with the sights, sounds and smells of the War Eagle Mill Antique & Craft Show. There is no better place to stay than the Get-A-Way, just 10 miles from War Eagle Mill.
