Spacious Atlantic Ocean beach front living with your own private beach access on property. Great views of the ocean from the windows. Easy laid back beachfront environment conducive for relaxation. Tons of wildlife, shell collecting and relaxing.
From May to October come enjoy the natural habitat of this famous sea turtle nesting area.
We are located within a wildlife preserve a few miles south of historic Melbourne Beach and 9 miles North of Sebastian Inlet State Park.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Right on the beach. It’s a beautiful property and about as quiet as you can get on a Florida beach. Owner is responsive and pleasant to deal with. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is a great option.

Serene Beach Front Stay in Natural Area

My wife and I greatly appreciated Gideon sharing a quiet portion of his well maintained ranch house on the beach for a long weekend. Hopefully this is the first visit of many! Gideon is very personable, respectful, and knowledgeable about the oceanfront nature. Everything was as advertised or better. It's actually larger than it appears in photos. We enjoyed watching some mamma turtles coming onto the beach at night to lay eggs in early July. Surprised how many there were, seeing tracks no more than 15 feet apart in the morning! Great place for a quiet retreat as long as you don't intend to invite more guests to this private owner-occupied home! We loved it, and will return often!

The rooms were all good size, bed was comfortable. Host lives there, but hardly saw him. The beach is right there only a few yards away. If you like quiet beach with hardly any people then this is the place.

We as hosts love to travel, and stay in homes like ours, meeting new people and getting experiences of life along the way. We share our home to have those traveling get those same experiences.

Why they chose this property

We are a private home off Highway A1A in Brevard County, Florida.
We are within 45min of the Kennedy Space Center and 5min from an Arnold Palmer designed golf course and 5min from the quaint town of Melbourne Beach. Our beach is great for surfing, swimming and just lounging under an umbrella. There are also nature trails close by. Good restaurants are also close by.
Short Uber/Lyft or car ride into downtown Melbourne which has a lot of restaurants, live music, shops and some cool history (did you know Jim Morrison of the Doors was born here?)

What makes this property unique

What is the best feature about this property is how private the property is, it is a truly hidden gem. When the summer of Florida is baking the beach is traditionally much cooler with its costal breeze.

We love the ability to walk the beach, collect shells and then just relax. Being able to read a book and never lose the view or the sound of the ocean. Tranquility from all the world.

We generally get tons of nesting sea turtles, and then in 60 days from laying is hatching and the little ones head out to ocean. They will return to where they were born when they are of mating age.
