Relax with this breathtaking, spacious lakefront home. It's the perfect getaway for family and friends. This house has so many amenities and then some... with access to the lake, there is no need to go any where else for the weekend. Tie your boat up to the buoy in the cove just below the double deck. Go for a lake swim. Hang out on the beach area. Enjoy an evening meal on the deck in the lake breeze overlooking the fantastic view. Sit out by the fire pit and enjoy the sunset... Ample games for family fun. You will absolutely LOVE Lakebreeze Villa. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Because some of our homeowners are allergic various animals… we do not allow pets of any kind. Emotional support animals are not allowed. Service animals may be allowed only with prior notification if the animal services an individual with a disability and notifies us as to the specific task the animal is trained to do. In addition, some of our guests are allergic to pets and book only homes which do not allow pets. Therefore, we have a strict ‘no pet’ policy.

Great Lake weekend

Great getaway for weekend with friends. Can’t beat the location. Teri was great. Very attentive and always great communication. We would stay again for sure. Very clean and nice property.

Perfection

Our time in Canyon Lake was wonderful, thanks to this wonderful home. Everything was even better than the photos. It’s incredibly spacious, very well kept and cleaned, and has everything you’d need. Grateful this family shares their beautiful home!

Great weekend getaway

We had a great time at this property. The house was immaculate with a beautiful view. Open kitchen is great for entertaining and patio view is gorgeous. Access to boat is easy from the house as you can tie off on buoy. Everything we needed was provided. Teri is great! We would definitely stay here again. Book it, you won’t be sorry.

BEST JULY 4TH WEEKEND SINCE BEFORE COVID

This home was spectacular to view both inside and out but at the same time was very welcoming and warm. We wanted for nothing - Everything was provided for and our hosts were very welcoming and available. My wife and grand baby loved all the deer that were literally in the yard and all over the neighborhood. Easy access to the lake and wonderful decks for viewing and relaxing. If you have a large group, this is the place. Everybody will be blown away with the accommodations and space to spread-out for a little personal time and always be in the absolute lap of luxury! We will be back!!
