Great location - great house

Would definitely stay here again. Well appointed and very comfortable. We were there over Thanksgiving and it was perfect and relaxing. Don’t miss this place - stay here!

This property is beautiful and the owner was so nice and responsive during my stay. The beds are all so comfortable, the bath tubs are super deep and feel luxurious. The backyard takes the cake with the grass area, pool and hot tub. The pool is the perfect size for kids. Our family had a blast here and I would highly recommend!

Best OBX family vacation ever

This property and host are amazing! The home is absolutely breathtaking from the decor, to luxury beddings to the poolside/hot tub backyard retreat. The beach is literally right across the street with restaurants and a surf shop walkable. Artim goes above and beyond to offer local attraction suggestions and does the little extras that make a vacation memorable.

Absolutely Beautiful

I am very glad we had the pleasure of staying in this home for our family trip. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and relaxing to stay in. Everything was very clean and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. The comfortable beds and extra blankets helped us have the best sleep I’ve ever had on a vacation. Check in/out was a breeze and the property manager is extremely helpful and kind. I would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend. Great location near lots of restaurants, grocery stores and walking across the street to the beach was a breeze even with small kids.

Artim is a wonderful host! Right from the beginning he was personable and accommodating. The home is welcoming with top of the line furnishings. The home is decorated beautifully and is a perfect mix of farmhouse and beach vibes. Artim had toiletries and coffee stocked. The heated pool and hot tub was perfect for our kids to enjoy swimming in April. The walk to the beach is easy and safe. We highly recommend this home for your family.

Heaven in North Carolina

The house was just what the family needed. We had such a wonderful vacation and we could easily go to the beach or float in the pool (often we did both). The home is well appointed and easy access to so many things in Kill Devil Hills as well as other parts of OBX. It was the relaxation we all needed before we all head back to school.

This was the perfect beach house. Great location, well organized, had all the amenities, awesome pool, and clean. We would definitely stay there again. The host was wonderful and helpful.

Best vacation home ever!

Our large family had the pleasure of staying in this BEAUTIFUL home and we only have great things to say! Great communication and attention from the owner. The location is perfect! We were just steps from the beach with easy stair or sand access across the street. We have never stayed in a cleaner or quieter home! The owner went above and beyond with the level of street soundproofing, which is often an issue in OBX homes. Our favs were the overall interior design, outdoor shower, star gazing on front porch seating areas, open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, double washers and dryers, family games and large family room. Basically everything! We were comfortable all week as a family of 8. The pool was amazing! The temperature control is a game changer! Thank you for making us feel like luxury while on vacation! We would definitely rent again!

Summer get a way!

Beautiful home conveniently located very close to the beach. In my experience with Rentals - I often need things for the kitchen that isn’t there. I packed everything this time and didn’t need to! The house was fully stocked with everything! The host checked in with me twice to see if I was happy! Will definitely return again Plenty of room for at least 4 couples. The pool and grill were used every night after a full day at the beach!
