Welcome to 'The Boathouse' located on the canals of the Cove District in Sandusky, OH overlooking Cedar Point! This unique property has direct water access from boat well, 1 deck, 1 screened porch and 3 kayaks. The home was recently renovated and many amenities added! Fully equipped kitchen, 2 master bedrooms and a bunk room on the first floor w/ pull out king! Electronic lock on boat well door for safety. Beautiful furnishings & linens - Not a party house! Boat NOT included.

The space
Space is about 1200 sq feet. All bedrooms have portable fans & Samsung flat-screen TVs and both master bedrooms have ceiling fans. Blackout shades in all sleeping areas! High quality bed linens & pillows.
