Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and generous granite countertop space. Kick back by the fireplace in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your plush primary suite. Provided beach gear and a private washer/dryer add convenience.

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Awesome Weekend Getaway

They place was as advertised! It was pretty clean. The only issue was that the laundry door was broken. Other than that, it was awesome. Plenty of entertainment on the HDTVs in the unit, and great views of the beach and pool area. Would definitely recommend!

Beach Cottage

This place was AMAZING! The condo was the cleanest and most accommodating place I have ever stayed. I truly felt like I was at home. The access to pool and beach was very close as well. I can’t say enough good things about 2503! Hoping to book again next year.
