Looking for a cottage with a saltwater SWIMMING POOL and a HOT-TUB that is only a short stroll to the beach, but at a rate that is affordable for a small group or single family?! Look no further, this is it!! Sunny Side of Life is attractively decorated, furnished, and equipped. This home is perfect for guests looking for a really nice cottage with a spacious swimming pool who don't want to pay for a huge cottage with more bedrooms than you could possibly use in order to find these features.
The Sunny Side of Life offers a large private saltwater pool and deck space in a quiet yet very convenient location just a very short walk to beach accesses that have lifeguards stationed nearby. There is a ground level kitchenette, bathroom and one huge bedroom just off the pool area for convenience coming and going from the house to the pool. Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a spacious kitchen/dining area and living room. There is very little traffic on this street, yet it is right in the heart of Kill Devil Hills activities, with restaurants, grocery stores, amusements and a large municipal ball field and tennis courts just a short stroll away. Grab those boogie boards and take the short walk to the beach, about 1200ft, where you and your family can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean at its best. You can literally leave the car in the driveway for your entire vacation at the Sunny Side of Life!

Great Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful week. This is an excellent place for a multi-generational family. There was plenty of space upstairs for everyone to gather, and the downstairs room was perfect for my 18 year old and her freinds to come and go as they like, hang out without disturbing the folks sleeping upstairs, and sleep later in the mornings. The beach was a short walk away and the pool was a lovely place to spend hot afternoons.
