Uncomfortable bed

The resort is very nice with lots to do. We enjoyed staying here. The condo is well decorated. The condo didn’t provide a hair dryer so be sure to bring your own. In one bedroom, there should be darker curtains as the light is so bright at night and shines through the bedroom. The beds were very uncomfortable , especially in the master bedroom. The beds are noisy, if you move any, they squeak. Overall, I would definitely come back to Plantation Resort but I would pick another unit due to all of these issues.

Location is great

Easy parking. Nice and clean; however, there was not sufficient bath towels for the unit. There is washer and dryers that are shared; however, it was difficult to get use of them. We did enjoy our stay. I went and bought my family bath towels. Despite all this, I would still stay here again.

Ok for the price

I loved the pool area, wish it stayed open later than 10pm. Loved the proximity to the beach. The price of ice is too expensive for 1 bag. Rental could have been cleaner. There were a lot of spider webs and one of the bathrooms had a LOT of flies; there were also roly polys or something similar coming from a hole in the bottom of the wall. The person I spoke to from Vacasa through text message once I arrived seemed nice. But, trying to speak to someone before arrival was painful. When asked if there was a supervisor or manager that I could speak to I was told that there were none.
