I selected this neighborhood for various reasons. Initially, its lively community vibe and the strong sense of belonging it fosters were particularly appealing to me. Moreover, its advantageous proximity to Fort Gordon, excellent hospitals, schools, parks, and shopping centers were significant factors influencing my decision. Additionally, being close to events like the Master's tournament and all the other amenities the town provides adds to its appeal. In essence, the blend of these factors perfectly matches what I sought in a neighborhood.
