New Construction home in a private corner lot with lots of space to enjoy and have an amazing and relaxing time away from the daily life routine. Minutes away from beautiful beach and Golf courses, perfect to enjoy the tropical weather Florida offers. Fenced backyard that provides privacy during your stay.
Stay in this peaceful house and live like a true local in Port Charlotte. We're within driving distance to restaurants and beaches. Our rental comes with 3 bedrooms, and a private bathroom, kitchen, and living room that you're free to use any time. Wi-Fi, self check-in, free parking -- we've got everything you need.
** Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the unit, as well as the removal or cover of the smoke detector. A fine of $250 will be charge is this is detected within the walls of the unit.
** Please be advised, due to high allergic reaction to dogs or cats, unfortunately I cannot accommodate any service or emotional support animal in this unit.
** Due to insurance and compliance purposes, only the number of guests stated in the reservation will be permitted in the house. No visitors can stay in the unit. Any violation on this rule may result in a cancellation with no refund.

As a traveler, I know that staying in somebody else's house can be a bit scary and raise many concerns, for that reason I try my very best to present you with a home that can feel like your own. I travel as much as I can and because of that I travel as light as possible, therefore I expect to find all the basic necessities in the place I am staying at. Therefore, when you stay at one of my places, I try to provide you with as much as I think you will need to make your stay as memorable, pleasant and worry free as possible. I am open to any suggestion you may have, and please do so, this will be the best way for me to improve and provide a better service to all my future guests.

** Please be advised, you can place order online, however make sure your parcels are delivered by UPS, Fedex or DHL to the door. Since this house is strictly a Vacations home, the mail box is NOT available to guests, and we are not to be held responsible if any package is misplace or lost. Thanks for your cooperation!!
** In the Garage you will find a shelf with backyard toys, beach umbrella and chairs. Please feel free to use them and place them back once you are done.
** Also, in the garage shelf you can find the cushions for the patio furniture, please don't let them outside at night to avoid getting wet.
