If you are looking for a perfect location to rent a place in Florida, this is it!! This new villa is close to gulf beaches, Boca Grande Private island and back up to Rotonda River. 1312sq ft space with guests in mind and has everything you need to have a stress free vacation!
Enjoy BBQ ( Traeger Grill ) in enclosed lanai with beautiful view of the lake with dock where you can fish or kayak or just enjoy morning coffee Ann & Chuck Park pool is within 5 min drive has heated Olympic swimming pools and kids swim section area with water temperature of 82F Sasy tarts coffee shop and multiple places to eat out are close by

Wonderful accomadation

The unit was spacious, clean and well stocked with all you need. Location is a short distance to beaches such as Boca Grande, Englewood and Venice beach. A bit longer distance to Siesta Key yet worth the drive. (45 minutes) The golf courses in Rotonda are very nice and just a few minutes from this location. This is also a nice neighborhood for walking. Highly recommend this condo and location.

Perfect

A friend and I stayed here with our three teenage boys who were playing in a golf tournament. There was plenty room for all of us. It was very clean and an excellent location for exploring nearby or going to dinner. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful Duplex

Beautifully decorated and clean in a quiet neighborhood. The patio area and canal in the backyard were great places to watch the sunrise. Host was very responsive. Central location near many beaches and islands. I highly recommend staying here.

Vacation

We had a great stay. The villa was clean and exactly like the pictures. I would have loved to ride the bikes but they were not in working condition. BUT, having a cooler and beach chairs were very convenient and appreciated. It was a great vacation, thank you!

Owner was very nice and helpful, had an issue with hot water heater, he fixed it immediately. I would highly recommend!

Florida Get away

We spent a week here so we could visit beaches etc while we stayed in Florida for the winter. Everything was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked and the size of the unit was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we were looking for

Spent 3 days fishing and found this location was perfect for what we were looking for and actually less expensive than staying in a hotel. Everything was exactly as described.

Wonderful property to enjoy our vacation.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay for our vacation. We had everything we needed to enjoy our two weeks. The hosts were great and responded immediately with a few minor issues. I recommend this property and as a matter of fact we are staying in the other part of the Duplex next year.

West Rotunda

Outstanding, the home is basically new. Wonderfully decorated, very clean and all consumables provided, paper products, soaps, dishwasher pods, detergents etc… The host provided the best experience I’ve had with a VRBO stay. I’ve been at several VRBO stays and all have been great, this one is number one.

Great Duplex!

We are snow birds and stayed for the month of February. The Duplex was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was fully stocked with a lot of thoughtful extras. Owners were very friendly and prompt to respond to any questions/needs we had. We would highly recommend this place.

Cute and comfy cabin

We unexpectedly had to arrive early and Anne was wonderful helping with that. The cabin was clean, cozy and comfortable. She even left a small basket of goodies for our fur baby. Beds were comfortable. Very accommodating. Would recommend if you’re looking for something affordable with a great view and lovely hosts. We will be staying again when we come back to Tennessee!

Great place to stay in the Venice Fl area.

We had to try find a place to stay for our family and grandchild after a funeral brought us to Fl. It was so nice to have everyone under 1 roof and room for the granddaughter to run around. I appreciate finding something reasonable to stay at with not planning on a trip to Fl at this time. This is a very nice property. Thank you for sharing.
