Located just a block from campus in a block from downtown, it has excellent walk ability and a wonderful view of the village green. The best village backyard also offers a beautiful setting.
*** Please note, that while you will have the entire 5 bedroom house and interior living areas (kitchen, family room, etc..) there is a separate ensuite room (called The Broad Street Suite) that is located off the dining room. It shares a wall with the dining room and two locked doors (for safety, privacy, and sound). So there may be a guest in there, but the only time you would ever see the guest is maybe outside in the backyard. They have use of the small back porch off their room. The room is totally blocked off from the rest of the house. This is why I ask that you please not park or block the spot designated for them. *** 4 vehicles parked in front of garage, please.
Due to sever allergies, no pets or smoking allowed on the property.
Guest access
The driveway can accommodate several cars, as parking on Broad Street overnight is not allowed. Please do not park or block The Broad Street Suite parking space. This space is to the left of the front porch and the space is reserved for the guest staying at The a rod Street Suite (ensuite room off the dining room).

The 5 bedroom has 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. There is also a children’s play room with a couch and tv. As noted in the description, there is a separate ensuite connected, but blocked off, from the house. There are two locked doors off the dining room which connect to a separate ensuite. This is called The Broad Street Suite. This listing is for the 5 bedroom/2 1/2 bath house. Again, the ensuite is totally blocked off and you might only see another guest outside in the driveway or as they walk in the backyard to their room.
