The Space:
Looking to explore? Head 10 minutes down the road to enjoy the sights and sounds of Downtown Bentonville OR 20 minutes up the road to Beaver Lake's Prairie Creek Marina. Whatever you choose, Brush Creek Cottage is sure to become your home away from home.

The Space:

When you walk through our front door, you'll find yourself in our living room. This warm, inviting space is complete with a cream-colored couch, two leather lounge chairs, 55-inch Vizio TV, two paned windows overlooking the front yard and stunning natural-wood accents on the ceiling and walls. 

Head to the right and you'll enter into our kitchen and dining area. The first thing you'll notice is our bright blue walls, open shelving units, farmhouse decor and large kitchen island. On the frontside of the island, you'll see two high top chairs and two barstools - the perfect place to enjoying a meal or keep the cook company. In the kitchen, you'll find all the high-end amenities you need to create the perfect meal, baked good or cup of coffee. Near the sliding glass doors leading to the back patio, you'll also see a two-top dining table.

When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three luxury bedrooms. (1)Our first bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, dresser and nearby bath . (2)Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, dresser, lounge chair and nearby bath  (3)Our third bedroom is complete with a Twin-size bed, Twin-size trundle and en suite bath.

Out back, enjoy our patio, which overlooks our 112 acres of open land! Head down the stairs and you'll find our BBQ grill as well as a fire pit with custom-built wooden benches. There's no better place to experience that fresh Arkansas air.

Guest Access:
Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
