This beautifully decorated home is located in the desirable neighborhood of Hadley where you're surrounded by golf courses and recreation centers.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed for your guests to feel at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. It has a private courtyard to entertain guests. It's also a great place to sit and relax while enjoying a BBQ at the end of a busy day of activities and to invite your new friends over for dinner before heading off to dance the night away!

This beautiful small dog friendly home comes complete with a Gas Golf Cart, Gas BBQ grill & WiFi internet included. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only pools, organized activity pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoying the lifestyle.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.

Great house and location

We really enjoyed our month long stay. The home had everything we needed for an entire month and you could get almost anything you wanted with a golf cart ride and the cart was included. Down Home responded to both of our requests immediately and handled them quickly. We would definitely stay here again but we liked our stay so much that we bought a house in The Villages!

The living room furniture was very comfortable, the TV was nice, Xfinity service was great. The kitchen appliances were new, everything was clean, the golf cart worked well. I enjoyed eating on the screened porch and the October weather was perfect. The only thing I really disliked was the shower head in the main bathroom. Thank you to the owners for allowing me to stay there with my 2 little dogs, and thank you to Down Home for a flawless check in and check out experience.

Hadley Village

Overall A nice place to stay for a short visit but honestly would probably not stay again if there were other options. Great location centrally located and nice to have golf cart. It definitely needs some updating - New linens, pillows and towels (washcloths particularly) and a good set of frying pans would be great. A big issue for us was the Small bed in the master bedroom. The bed sits very high and is really hard and I think it’s a double. Don’t know if that was in the listing but should have checked. All the bug traps in the kitchen and bathrooms were a turnoff. We had no issues with bugs but seeing them in the cabinets with the dishes - yuck!

I had to buy a coffee pot because they only had that used pods( what a pain!)also you need to give the master bath some TLC
