Cozy Pink Vintage Studio with Private Fenced Yard

Enjoy our clean, cute, vintage chic studio apartment. This is the perfect location as we are 5 minutes from I75 and Florida Turnpike. We are 10 minutes from LIVE Music, Restaurants and more in the Brownwood Town Square. Looking forward to hosting you!
1 h. from Orlando/Disney & Tampa/Busch Gardens
25 m. Leesburg Hospital (Great for Traveling Nurses or Traveling Physicians)
Also have a the house attached available to rent as well.

I live next door, so if you need me I am close by. This apartment is attached to a home which is also a short term rental unit with other guests. We want all our guest to have a pleasant experience so we do ask that both guest keep the noise down out of respect for each other.

The apartment entrance is located in the front of the home. You will park in front of the garage door. There is a private yard just for apartment guest to the right of where you park.

First time booking and the experience was amazing. From the moment we walked in we could see all the thought and planning that was put into making someone feel at home, cozy, comfortable and at peace. It was so nicely done. Everything we needed for our stay. Dana was exceptional in explaining the whole process from check in to check out. For sure will book with her again.
