Alta Views Modern Mountain Living is a brand-new, centrally located townhome, just minutes away from everything that Whitefish, MT has to offer. Offering breathtaking views of Whitefish Mountain Resort and high-end furnishings throughout, this is your ideal, comfortable home away from home. Available for monthly bookings only, this property is perfect for your Montana flexcation. What is a flexcation? It's a longer, more flexible vacation that allows you to mix work/school with play! Whether you're here to ski at Whitefish Mountain Resort, to explore the beautiful Glacier National Park, to mountain bike on the best trails in the Flathead Valley, to boat on a variety of Montana lakes or simply spend the day shopping in downtown Whitefish. This townhome also has access to a fitness center, seasonal hot tub, and clubhouse!

As you enter the home, you will be welcomed by luxury. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed and has gorgeous windows that allow a lot of natural light in and have beautiful views of Whitefish Mountain. In the attached ensuite bathroom, you'll find a beautiful vanity and large walk-in shower. Once you move up the stairs you are greeted by the open-concept kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen is ultra-modern and equipped with everything you need to make a delicious meal. The dining room has a lovely live-edge dining table that seats 6, and is perfect for entertaining. The living room is one of our favorite areas of the home, with high-end furnishings, a cozy fireplace, and tons of natural light with more breathtaking views of the ski runs on Whitefish Mountain. You have access to the balcony from the living room area, complete with custom, local adirondack chairs, a gas grill and more stunning views of Whitefish Mountain! Enjoy the views of the mountains while you grill out on the patio! On this main level, you also have the second bedroom, equipped with a queen-sized bed and another bathroom with a combo tub/shower.

As you move up the fun, modern, spiral staircase, you will find the loft area with views over the living area and more gorgeous views of Montana scenery. The loft has a king-sized sleeper sofa, and a desk with a monitor making it perfect for your work-from-home needs!

In the winter, enjoy skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort. With over 3,000 acres and ranked #3 Resort in the West by Ski Magazine, Whitefish Mountain is not to be missed. Whitefish Mountain Resort, referred to as “Big Mountain,” is a beautiful 20 minute drive from the home. You won't want to miss the spectacular views, so bring everyone along regardless of skiing ability. After a great day on the slopes, make sure to stop in town to take in some of the great restaurants and shopping that downtown Whitefish has to offer.

In the summer, enjoy Whitefish Lake, Flathead Lake, Flathead River, and Glacier National Park. Check out a local rental shop that has motorized boats, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards for rent. Make sure to call in advance to ensure you find the activity you're seeking. Plan to spend a full day at Glacier National Park. Be sure to check out Going to the Sun Road, Lake McDonald and the over 70+ day hikes. Whitefish Mountain Resort offers a full spectrum of summer activities including mountain biking, zip lines, alpine slides, hiking and much more! The spectacular views are amazing wherever your adventures take you!

Getting around Whitefish and to Whitefish Mountain Resort is a breeze with the FREE snow bus! The snow bus is a free shuttle service during peak winter and summer seasons. There are stops all around town and on the mountain. Whitefish also has Uber, Lyft and Taxis.

Mid-stay cleanings are required for all reservations longer than 36 days. The first mid-stay clean is automatically included when you make your reservation. If your reservation requires more than one mid-stay clean, our Guest Service Team will reach out to collect the additional fees. Stay Montana will coordinate a day and time for these mid-stay cleans to occur to keep the loft clean and fresh for the duration of your stay.
