You have found your BEACH GETAWAY in GULF SHORES!! Welcome to Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet, 504A, the destination for your next getaway to the beach! This 1 bedroom/1 bath condo is located 3.3 miles west of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. We have everything you need for your family to make lasting memories at the beach.

THE SPACE: Feel right at home in this coastal condo with every convenience you need to enjoy a vacation at the beach. Require a a view? We got it, with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room! Take in a sunrise or sunset and enjoy the view from the patio. In the living room you have a queen size sofa sleeper and Roku TV with cable to enjoy. Love to cook? Relax, we have you covered. Our kitchen is fully stocked and includes all major appliances, an air fryer, along with Keurig coffee maker. There is no dining room, but there is seating for three at the bar. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a Roku TV with cable. The full size bathroom is right next to the bedroom and has a tub/shower combo. For your convenience, we have a full size washer/dryer, free WiFi and worry-free key-less entry. NOTE: Elevator replacement is underway in Building A, Monday through Thursday 7:30 am to 5 pm until further notice. You may access the unit by the building B elevator.

THE PROPERTY: Enjoy resort style amenities at this wonderful complex. A beautifully landscaped pool with a rock waterfall, kiddie pool and hot tub area await you. To entertain you, the complex has 2 gazebos, 2 lighted tennis/pickle ball courts, shuffleboard and 6 charcoal grills. Private beach access with a pavilion is just a short two minute walk across the two-lane street. The beaches are clean, beautiful and waiting for you! BRING YOUR BOAT OR JET SKIS: The complex has 2 fishing piers, fish cleaning station, boat launch and first come, first serve short term boat docks. You can put in your boat, kayak or canoe at the launch area. From this complex, you have access to both the lagoon and beach. Registration at the front desk is required.

THE AREA: You will be in the heart of Gulf Shores, conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature trails, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, golfing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise. Whatever your choice of entertainment, this condo is sure to be a winner with the family! Visit The Wharf in Orange Beach or Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley. Catch a thrill on the rides at OWA Amusement Park. Local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park. Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels.

You must obtain the following from the onsite complex office in building A:
*$30 parking pass required per vehicle, max 2, good for the duration of your stay.
*$30 boat and trailer registration required for guests to access the boat launch, good for the duration of your stay.
*Cash or credit card accepted. No checks.
*Must be 25 to rent, proof of age is required *Non-smoking unit *No pets allowed * No parties
*A starter set of paper towels/toilet paper provided, bring extra if staying more than a couple of days.

Restful vacation

Nice place close to the ocean for a restful vacation with our grandson.We have stayed at this resort before, but 1st time for this condo unit.Unit itself just needed a few minor repairs, but an excellent place to stay

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at the Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet 504A! The overall building/campus had everything we needed: super easy walk to the beach, pool, and fishing docks. We were also just a short drive from a cute little convenience store, restaurant/bar, and a seafood market. The unit itself was the perfect size for two adults and we loved sitting on the balcony every night viewing and listening to the waves. We’d definitely come back!

This place was beautiful!

We were in Gulf Shores for a baseball tournament. Most of the team stayed and had a blast. They were able to fish off the dock, swim in the pool, walk across the street to the beach and we were able to grill at the condo. Our room was beautiful and clean! I would highly recommend.

Overall it was a pretty good place to stay. The condo was not completely clean when we got there, and the sliding door is either off track or completely broken, so we decided not to use it. It was a cute little place, just needed to be more clean. We left it more clean than we found it. There were a lot of teens being insanely loud and disrespectful the first few nights and something was said, but they continued to do it. I did like the location!

Anniversary Getaway

Despite the issues in the condo, the management accommodated us by providing a better condo. There were several issues that were not acceptable with this condo, such as a very hard bed, spots on the furniture, and mold in the bathroom near the vent. Once we contacted management, they moved us right away.We were thankful and excited about the location. Management quickly communicated and provided a solution. Although we arrived before the front desk was supposed to close, no one was at the desk of the building when we got there for the parking pass, so another guest advised us to go to our condo and get the parking pass the next morning before 10 am. This was not related to the condo management. It was the building issue.

Beach Getaway

The condo was bright and was beautifully decorated. We appreciated the sliding barn door to close off the bedroom from the kitchen/living room area. The building itself was a little dated but the unit was updated and had everything we needed for our stay. My kids enjoyed the pool and we liked being able to walk out on the piers located behind the condo on the bay side. The sunsets were so beautiful over the bay. The beach area was smaller than I expected but we found lots of beautiful seashells. Overall it was a great experience. Only wish the bed was a little bit more comfortable. It was a little too firm for my liking.

10/10! All the comforts of home!

We LOVED our stay at Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club 504A. The condo is well appointed with all necessities to enjoy your vacation, especially if you want to cook some of the local seafood. The queen size pull out bed was very comfortable. Condo is well designed and spacious enough for a comfortable 4 person stay.It has 2 televisions but we were too busy with the amenities to even watch tv. The condo is directly across from the GSSRC private access to the beach and the views from the balcony are beautiful! It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to the waves.The pool area is nicely landscaped with plenty of loungers and umbrella tables near the 3 ft section of the pool so we could watch our kids play. Loved the courtesy carts for unloading/loading our luggage! Sea South Properties handled our booking very efficiently.We are already planning our return trip!

I loved this condo, super nice get away (coming from kentucky) Stephanie was the best. I have no bad things to say about owner. We had an issue with the tub draining we reached out to owner she had someone there in a matter of 2 hours to fix the issue. We loved every moment of staying here. It was perfect!

This property was perfect for our family! The location is fantastic and it had everything we needed. The television didn’t work in the bedroom the first night but the owner responded immediately to my text and a new one was installed by the next morning. We will definitely book this condo again!
