Property was exactly what we wanted to celebrate a special birthday. Great views and plenty of space for 3 couples. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need during your stay. We really enjoyed the fire pit down by the lake and relaxing in the hammock.

We really enjoyed the property; it is an older home that is nicely updated. Great view of the lake and nice beds and furniture, kitchen fully furnished. We plan to come back soon.

Great property to bring our family and play on the lake! We were allowed to tie out boat to their dock, which was a big bonus! House was fabulous, and had all we needed to cook and be comfortable! We'll definitely book again in the future!

Xmas on the Lake

This is a great spot if you are looking to get out of Austin and enjoy some R&R on the lake. My family flew in from out of town to spend Christmas with us and the house beat our expectation. Highly Recommend.

Absolutely perfect

This property was exactly as pictured in the rental listing! Very very clean, wonderful amenities and stocked with a lot of extras so you don’t need to worry about basics including spices/condiments/etc. Owners were very responsive and neighborhood was wonderful. Great family getaway! Lots of neighborhood deer which was fun for the littles. I would highly recommend this if looking for a Lake Travis family getaway and we would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome place at Travis Lake

This is one of the best places to stay at lake Travis. We had 10 people. The house is very nice and very very comfortable for each and everyone! The patio view is amazing and wonderful to hangout and cook and eat. We fished of the dock and caught good size fish. Dock is big enough for two jet skis and a boat and probably more if needed. This will be my place to stay when I’m at lake Travis! Yall have a very nice place!

Family Trip

Everything was very nice. We had a bad storm our first night there and heard a lot of load banging that kept us up. I messaged Elizabeth to see if there as something we could check because we couldn’t sleep. She answered back quickly and thank goodness the storm passed shortly after and we could all get some rest. We definitely enjoyed our stay, it was very peaceful! They provided everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Property

The Ascent is an amazing property. Our family of 10 had more than enough room in this immaculately beautiful home with amazing views. The property manager was quick to answer any questions that we had and was extremely welcoming. Even though the water is really low on Lake Travis, navigating the stone steps down to the dock was a breeze. The lighting at night on the balconies and down to the water was a wonderful surprise after a beautiful sunset. Our family can not wait to return soon.
