Your summer beach haven awaits! Summerhaven 2 is a spacious three-level condo in Destin’s Miramar Beach. It boasts beach views, sunny balconies, and a comfortable living space. Not only is the property located right on the beach, guests also receive free seasonal beach service with their reservation. With three bedrooms and extra sleeping accommodations, this beachfront getaway can host up to sixteen beachgoing guests.

The first floor is dedicated to one of the condo’s two master suites. This suite features a king-size bed and bonus bunk nook. Honey-toned floors and wood accent walls create a beach cabin vibe, while cottage-style furnishings add a cozy feel. A wall-mounted TV is provided for evening entertainment, and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and café table ensures a refreshing drink is always close at hand. The room’s ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors open onto a beachfront balcony furnished with a table and chairs.

Upstairs, an open great room offers a laidback environment for hanging out with your fellow vacationers. The living area is bright and sunny, featuring incredible gulf views through a set of sliding glass doors that lead to a breezy balcony. Next to the doors is a white slipcovered couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. Two plush armchairs and a chic blue accent chair complete the cozy seating ensemble. The setup centers around a modern drink table and faces a flatscreen TV. In the dining area, a round table surrounded by five high-backed chairs creates a relaxed spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Four saddle-topped stools provide additional seating at the adjacent kitchen bar. The contemporary kitchen boasts white cabinetry with a contrasting seafoam-toned tile backsplash. It also includes stainless-steel appliances, large countertops, a deep farmhouse sink, and a dedicated workspace beside a window.

The remaining two bedrooms are on the third floor. One of these is a master bedroom that features a king-size bed with a royal-blue tufted headboard and matching drapes that span a wall of gulf-facing windows. White furnishings and gorgeous beach views radiate a relaxed vacation ambiance. The master suite has a private bath with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The other bedroom on this level is a cool bunk room that is perfect for the kids or kids-at-heart. The bunk room has two full bunks, a reading chair and table, a TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo.
