Located directly on the beach, this 1 bedroom/2 bath unit is going to be a mid-century modern lover's dream! This condo has been recently remodeled and includes brand new furniture, flooring, paint, light fixtures, countertops, and more!

This condominium is located DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! One of the things we love about Sugar Beach Condominium is the very short walk from the boardwalk to the actual beach. It features 4 POOLS! There is 1 kiddie pool, 2 beach front pools, and one of the pools is heated throughout the winter months. Close to the beach side pools, and while in season, you will find the SUGAR SHACK. It is a small snack bar set up to serve snacks, beverages, light meals, and drinks for those 21 & older. Please note that they only accept cash.

There is a LARGE SUN DECK area that has amazing views of the beach and has picnic tables set up there.

HELPFUL INFORMATION TO KNOW:

*There is a one-time parking fee of $35 (cash only) for the length of your stay. You will pay this fee to the security guard at the entrance upon arrival. There is a limit of one vehicle per unit, and all spaces are first-come, first-served.

The HOA does not allow single renters under the age of 25.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY. We have guests that come who are sensitive to smoke, so any violation or evidence of this violation will result in a $250 fee.

Nice place with beach access

We enjoyed the stay. Being on the beach with pools available made a nice family trip. We also enjoyed being close to all other activities and amenities. Great place at a reasonable cost

Very nice condo, great location

Updated, very clean and great location. Right on the beach and close to restaurants, shopping and activities. The only improvement I can think of is possibly adding a chair or 2 for additional seating.

Perfect stay

Very clean and organized. Since we cook a lot the kitchen had everything we needed with nice appliances. Enjoyed having the bedroom on the second floor away from the main area. Would definitely stay again next spring.

Great Stay

We came for a combo of family vacay and little girls softball. The place was clean and just like the pictures. The pool options are great as well as beach access on site and covered parking. It’s tight for too many adults but our grown kids were only there specific days each, so it worked. We would definitely stay again!

Easy stay

The unit was just enough for my husband, our two small children, and me. Heated pool was a major bonus on the chilly days, and the short walk to the beach was totally manageable. We felt like a got a great value for our dollar.

Perfect for small family!!

The condo was small but it was perfect for myself, my husband, and our two kids. Very cute and cozy. The location was awesome. We always felt completely comfortable and safe the whole time. This was our first time to Orange Beach and we will absolutely be back.
