Welcome to Wishing Well Beach House, a bright dog-friendly retreat just one block from the sand in Ventura’s Pierpont Beach neighborhood. Designed for easy coastal living, this comfortable home sleeps up to eight and offers a private upper deck where sunsets, fire-pit evenings, and slow mornings feel effortless. With a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, and family-friendly touches throughout, this is the kind of beach house that works beautifully for both relaxing and reconnecting.

**Guest Access
Guests enjoy private, exclusive access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.
Check-in is seamless with keyless self-entry.

**Booking process
After booking, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement.
Once signed, you will be emailed access to your Guest Portal, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.
Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal.
Early check-in may be requested through the Guest Portal when available.
A $25 per dog, per stay pet fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal or HostCo Store.

We totally enjoyed our stay. There were a lot of little details that were above and beyond our expectations from a special gift basket for the dogs to a fully stocked kitchen including tea and coffee.

We had a great time staying at this property. The master bedroom is huge and other rooms are all very nice! although the house is next to looks like a relatively busy street, it’s actually very quiet. It’s well maintained and well stuffed. Will stay again.

The property was great! Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Easy access to amenities, beach, and town. The property was clean and well appointed with all the things we needed! The neighborhood was lovely and parking was easy even for our huge rental van. The property even let the kids hose off and change after checkout because they had gotten so sandy at the beach before we left. The hosts were gracious and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed and more. The location made it super easy to get on the highway and travel around the area to see the sights. The proximity to the harbor, park and pier was great! The BBQ and fire pit were a great addition, and we enjoyed both! A really lovely time! I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Ventura area!

Location was a short walk to the beach(nice area), spacious rooms & bathrooms, fenced in yard for pets, kitchen was small but had everything we needed including spices (a bonus)! BBQ grill was pretty small. GREAT patio w/gas firepit! (off the Master bedroom is not ideal, but it worked) Uber close to town. Garage access & parking was a perk! This place was perfect and the price was fair. Thanks to the hosts for great communication from beg.-end and an APP to refer to for most questions. Stress-free process and well kept home! We will be back!

Very nice property

Everything was fine with this rental except TV cable. It was Roku with very limited selection and almost no real Live coverage. We couldnt get CNN or MSNBC and no live football even tho the games were on local networks. Also there were no local channels.

Spacious beach house in quiet neighborhood

Very spacious property - with just 5 of us we have plenty of space to spread out. And having 3 full bathrooms is nice! While it's just a 2 minute walk to the beach, the neighborhood is very quiet and private. The house is well stocked in amenities - even cooking spices! Perfect place for a larger family looking to have cookouts and hang out by the beach.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Ventura. La maison est à 2 pas de la plage mais loin à pied des commodités. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. La cuisine est plutôt bien équipée. Le salon est un peu petit si on est nombreux comme nous. Il y a de la place pour se garer. Les voisins sont très gentils. Le seul hic serait la salle de bain attenante à la petite chambre double. Impossible d'avoir de l'eau chaude et / ou du débit. Cela a été un réel problème car nous avions besoin des 3 salles de bain. Le banc de la table à manger serait à changer car il n'est pas loin de la casse. Un peu problématique quand nous sommes nombreux à manger.
