We do want to mention that we received no communication from you regarding cleanliness during your stay—had we known about the dishes or the bathroom, our team would have rushed right over to make it right for you! The same goes for the towels; we would have gladly pointed out where the extras were stored or brought you more right away. Regarding the climate, while there is a split unit in the living room, the rest of the home does not feature AC.
