The fully stocked kitchen has been updated with a new dining table and four new faux leather chairs, along with new dishes and silverware. You’ll also find sparkling granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. When it’s time to eat, the dining area comfortably seats four, while the breakfast bar offers seating for four additional guests.

The spacious primary bedroom is located on the main level and has been beautifully updated with a new king-size bed, new mattress, and new linens. The room also features a large new mirror, dresser, and two nightstands, creating a comfortable and welcoming retreat after a day of adventure. The primary bathroom offers a double vanity, spa-like walk-in shower, and relaxing soaking tub.

Also located on the main level, the second bedroom features a new trundle bed with two twin mattresses, along with fresh linen and a desk and chair, making it a versatile space for sleeping, working, or relaxing.

Upstairs, the third bedroom features a new queen-size bed, new mattress, and new linens for a comfortable night’s sleep. The upstairs provides an additional flex space to relax, featuring a comfortable sofa, 50” smart TV. It’s a great spot to unwind, watch a movie, or enjoy some quiet time. The guest bathroom is conveniently located upstairs and is equipped with a tub and shower combination. You’ll also find a stacked washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience.

The complimentary Vail bus stop is just steps from the building, making it easy to get to and from Vail and Lionshead Villages without having to drive. The chairlifts at both Lionshead Village and Cascade Village are approximately one mile away, putting you close to the slopes, and all that Vail has to offer. Two assigned parking spaces are available in the parking lot. Additional free parking is available along the north side of Vail View Drive. During the summer months, take a dip in the newly renovated pool or explore one of the many nearby hiking trails. In the winter, enjoy easy access to the slopes and everything Vail has to offer.

Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
