The view is outstanding. Overall clean but had dirty socks under our bed and bathroom paint chipped on floor boards. No extra pillow cases for extra pillows and extra blankets had food stuck to them

Super clean and convenient location. Check in was smooth and friendly. We loved the views and walkability to so much. Only drawbacks were needed upgrades especially for this price point. Bed definitely needs upgraded or a quality mattress topper to smooth it out. Two incidental items have broken parts — luggage holder and kitchen table. Small items, but noticeable. Otherwise a fantastic place and location.

Enjoyed our stay, beautiful view. You need a few hangers in the closet, a decent sized coffee mug, and a luggage stand that will hold an average suitcase. These small improvements will definitely improve your guests stay.

Beautiful Round Lake Views

Nice getaway in Charlevoix overlooking Round Lake. Within walking distance to shopping and many nice restaurants in downtown Charlevoix. Short drive to a very nice public beach also in downtown Charlevoix. Other walkable towns are also a short distance away for lunch or dinner. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the parade of beautiful boats entering and exiting the Charlevoix channel. Thank you.

At Water's Edge

Condo was very comfortable, clean and quiet for the two of us. Comfy king bed; updated bathroom and small but very adequate kitchen area. Would have been nice to have an oven but we made do. The view of Lake Round from our porch was so enjoyable to sip coffee or a cocktail and watch the boats. Loved it! Would definitely consider the Edgewater Inn for our lodging again.

The room (condo) was spotless, had everything I needed, and the view was stellar — SO nice after a long, hectic day to just be able to sit on the patio watching the harbor, and to also be able to make my own dinner and breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen.

They have since been resolved.I unfortunately did not receive any messages from you so I missed this issue. I have noticed that laptops do need to be connected a bit differently than phones. Uncomfortable futon

Unfortunately the futon was so uncomfortable we couldn’t even sleep on it. We didn’t stay the second night because we didn’t want to have stay on the futon.
